Lived here for about 2 and a half years, and I have nothing but good memories. The location is excellent, Bellevue and Dayton are both flourishing and the central location between the two towns makes it so easy to experience the great restaurants, events, and experiences the community has to offer. You definitely can't beat the river view and the profile of the city skyline either. The apartment itself was fantastic, all new appliances, modern fixtures, and maintenance was always super fast at helping you out with no hassle whatsoever. Management was always super willing to throw us a bone if we ever needed anything, and they were always doing their best to put on programming, offer neighborhood deals, etc. My fiance and I are gonna miss this place a lot, and we can't say enough good things about our experience here. If this is in your budget and you're looking for a solid mix of small-town and urban living, look no further.

Throughout the entire time that i've lived here, I have not had a single problem. Everything here was ran so smooth and organized by the property manager who would provide essential news and updates, who would swiftly take care of problems, and who would respond to you in the blink of an eye. He's very Kind and Helpful. On top of that the maintenance crew were very helpful and respectful too. And then on top of that you got such a beautiful and captivating scenery that the apartment building offers, which is second to none. If you're thinking about moving into an apartment, I strongly recommend this one, you won't regret it.

I have lived here for over a year. I love living this close to the river and all the little shops and places to eat in Bellevue. The views are amazing and the area is walkable. Anytime I have had a maintenance request it was been taken care of within days. There is also someone in the building that will let your dog out if you are in a pinch! The only complaint is that as they try to fill the building there have been some recent renters that have been disrespectful and do not fit the family like community this place provides. Hopefully better screening will happen in the future.

I have lived here for almost a year, in two different apartments. I first moved into a one bedroom and then upgraded to a two bedroom. They have always handled any issues very promptly and the manager is always available when I need him. It's kept very clean and any issues taken care of immediately. Most apartments have a beautiful view of the river and downtown with easy access to the highway. I'm very pleased with my decision to move in here!
