The cleanliness, quiet atmosphere and peacefulness of the community is exactly what I hoped for in moving in. I am happy to call The George home!

This is a great place to live. The neighbourhood is amazing and the building has a very good set of amenities, an attentive staff, and it is very close to the Trinity trails..

Excellent location, living spaces and most amenities. Staff is helpful though standards have dropped somewhat since its first two years of opening. Some amenities such as outside grills often need repair or don’t work. Security is satisfactory, however high risk to residents and garage parked automobiles continues.

Love living at The George! We enjoy the lifestyle and amenities. The staff is wonderful and they are always friendly. My wife feels safe here when I’m traveling.

My experience as a resident has gone very smoothly so far - the community is very kind and any questions I've had have been answered efficiently and clearly.

Everytime you walk in The George it feels like you are walking into the Ritz. It always has such an amazing smell and is so clean. I am over the moon with my apartment and The George has exceeded my expectations.

My apartment community is amazing! The people are so friendly and I feel very safe with the Security presence around Clearfork. The George is stunning inside and out and would not want to live anywhere else but here!

I love this place so much already. It’s clean, it smells so good, and we’re protected. The doors and key system works wonders and provides peace of mind when entering and leaving the building. The parking garage is set up the most simple way making it easy to get around and avoid accidents.

My move into The George was absolutely seamless and such a phenomenal experience. The apartment was spotless, and everyone I encountered, from staff to residents, were so kind and welcoming!

So far the apartment community has been more than ideal! All of the neighbors i have encountered have been nothing but pleasant and helpful.

I am amazed at how nice everyone is and how much effort went into the construction of this place! The locked parking garage is exactly what I was looking for to find a nice, safe apartment. The staff is also very helpful!

The quality of the units and amenities is very good. I havd had quick service when requested. Very happy with my stay. It is close to shopping, restaurants, and the Trinity River trail.

I cannot recommend enough that you choose The George – Clearfork as your residence. Nick, Hannah, and the entire property management staff are absolutely incredible. Accommodating and helpful every step of the way from the tour through securing the apartment and now as residents. After touring 12 properties in Fort Worth it was no question The George was the best condo plus amenities. We are excited to call this place home!!!

The complex is well equipped for varying interest, close to many services including restaurants, retail shops, medical services, and most anything else you desire. We are especially pleased with the staff, expediency to assist to tenant needs, quality of service and property cleanliness. We feel this is one of the nicest complexes in the Fort Worth area as we have looked at many before leasing here.

I've been here for almost three years now and what can I say I'm spoiled. We probably have the best property management and maintenance staff I've ever seen. They're friendly, fast, and honest and my neighbors feel like family here. I would highly recommend The George at Clearfork if you're in the market.

Love living here. Very well maintained. Staff always gets back to me promptly. Lobby is beautiful, I always take advantage of the study rooms since I am a student. I always feel so safe walking my dog at night.

We love it here. Location is so close to everything including restaurants, shopping, theater, parks, wine bar , spa. It is very safe. We have a very nice pool and weight room. We are very close to grocery and liquor stores, post office, Costco and Home Depot and Lowe’s. The building and grounds are very well maintained!

I have loved living here! its been so safe, clean and the staff has been so helpful. Anytime I have had an issue there is an immediate response and that has been a game changer for living in an apartment.

I was sceptical of the 5 star reviews until I experienced this place for myself. This team has earned every 5 star review they have. They have excellent customer service and the property is amazing. Come check it out for yourself. You will not be disappointed!

The George was one of many places I looked at wgen finding a place for my daughter who attends TCU. I was so impressed at the security of the building and how nice the apartments themselves are. My girl is going to love it here.

All apartment communities should be run like this. Feels like a vacation resort! Only thing missing is a beach right outside the front door. You do have tons of food options, which is nice considering you don't have to drive anywhere to go eat. The hallways put you in a frame of mind of a large cruise ship, neat, wide and quiet. Amenity spaces are great, tons of TVs! Pool table next to the pool itsself. Paradise as far as I saw.

Felt like a proper hotel, this. Stunning views, staff well appointed and great eats across the way. Prime location if you carry a pup with you, walking by the water, the smells from the food spots near by as well. Proper living location, no doubt about it.

The George is a great community in the best location in Fort Worth. Great places to eat, shop or enjoy nature! The best of everything is what you get when you live here! 100% reccomend. Ask for Autumn if you come in. She is amazing!
