The front gate by the office has been broken for the entire year I’ve lived here. There’s a large pothole at the entrance, and residents must register their cars every 3 months to avoid towing since parking is only reserved for front office staff. The front office is nice, but the staff is unhelpful and often dishonest about maintenance. The gym, clubhouse, and pool are only open during office hours, which makes them hard to use if you work. My apartment has serious issues: uneven stove burners, mildew in the dishwasher, a persistent leak, and pest problems. Maintenance is slow, and pest control comes infrequently. The grounds are kept nice, and they hold community events, but the apartments themselves are poorly maintained. Despite affordable rent, the living conditions don’t match the outward appearance. Ever hear the expression “Pig in a prom dress”?
Nice office staff. Nice apartment and grounds. Maintained very well. Pools are very nice. Seems like a friendly neighborhood to live in. I look forward to being here for a long time to come.

Lived here for over 5 years. Love the office staff, maintainanice staff is okay lately have not been up to par and not listening when I tell them something.

From day 1, the staff was very welcoming and efficient with the application and move in process! Very friendly community as well! I love the amenities and resources! Also, a pretty quiet community.
Everyone has been awesome! The property is clean and well maintained. The move in process was smooth a absolutely easy. I hope to stay for a long time.
I've been here for 2 months and so far, neighbors are friendly yet keep to themselves. The gym is small but has what you need to achieve your weight loss goals and the front office has been super helpful with my needs!

It is a quiet, somewhat affordable place to live. It is somewhat maintained, but could use some sprucing up on the exterior of the buildings and the gate needs to be fixed that has been broken for years now.
They are amazing with helping with anything when needed ! And very nice apartments. There are some miscalls but other than that it’s nice ! Amber helped me get my apartment as soon as the next day !

I would give 5 stars but i have one big issue with living here. The buildings are so old that the insulation is nonexistent. It is impossible to keep the apartment at a comfortable temperature in the summer even though maintenance completely replaced every part of the HVAC system last summer, which I greatly appreciate. We're also not allowed to put foam insulation in the windows or use a portable AC unit that sits on the floor so we just have to suffer.

I lived here for 2 years. I was upstairs and the air conditioner is so bad the summer is unbearable! The raccoons in the attic space is out of control and they refuse to seal up holes. I had a fly infestation in just the master and I had to leave for 2 weeks. The maintenance put bubble wrap on the windows and coverd the vent and they are trying to send me to collections for the removal! It is ridiculous! Manager is TERRIBLE!!!

My experience on average has been mediocre at best prior to the new management with the exception of Martia. She has been so helpful since she started there under the previous manager. So far, Melissa is impressing me in alot of ways also. It's clear that she really cares about improving the property. Things are looking up. I may even consider staying when my lease expires.

Great place to live! I love my neighbors....we look out for each other....great office staff and maintenance....my only issue is I think some of the neighbors need to be aware of making sure they pick up there dog poop... we'll be ok..

Management ignores your maintenance requests on purpose, & U have to make 3 or 4 requests to get it done! Management has no management skills! If they hesitate once on any right U R entitled to, sue them. Trash & cigarettes all around the property give it a very dirty appeal every day! They CONSTANTLY shut off the water in the winter so NO HOT WATER for your SHOWERS!

This is a very nice home and I am thankful to be here. The units are very big and have good space to live comfortably. You can have pets and there is a lot to do in the community. The people that live here are good people and the workers are friendly and welcoming. There are really no problems. Walking around is clean and safe. My friend is moving here after his lease is up because he says it's better than his place. I've been here for a couple years and will not move unless I get transferred in the future.

My biggest concern is that this guy think that if he can determine when and if he thinks something needs to be fixed in your apartment after you have put in a work order.i think that maintenance is your job title and not to try to diagnose other people health and what they have to have fixed or properly run in order to be comfortable in a place where they pay rent on time.do your job and what is required of you and not what you feel is important to you.negative reviews is not a good start for a new management property.

This apartment complex is a great place. It has a nice location, good amenities, and a fair price. I have been living here for 9 months and any issue I have had with my apartment has always been quickly and professionally handled. The staff is helpful and friendly.
