I just moved in about 1 week ago and so far the entire team at the Gossett has been great! Jamar from Maintenance is amazing, Angelea and the entire team at the office are great. The apartment and facilities thus far have been so clean and the response times when asking for any kind of help are so fast! Overall the team here has attributed a lot to my entire move process being stress free . I toured about 25 complexes before picking the Gossett!! They stood out due to price, location, service, and cleanliness.

Extremely friendly staff but would recommend calling back often if you leave a message and don't hear back. I had a pressing matter that needed to be addressed and would call once a day with no one answering the phone. After a week of calling and leaving messages, I got in touch with them and fixed my situation but made it more stressful since the situation needed to be addressed within a few days.

I am so happy with the Gossett! When I moved to the downtown area, I wanted to be close to attractions, feel safe, have a bright and homey apartment, and have amenities. The pricing is completely reasonable for everything you get. The apartment building is quiet, well kept, and has amazing amenities. I am beyond happy with my decision.

The office personnel are just wonderful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable not only about the building but the surrounding area. The maintenance team is first class all the way. They have always gone out of their way!

Broken doors on public areas, feels extremely unsafe. Almost impossible to have a package delivered as package service is practically useless. Apartment in poor condition upon moving in - broken Ice-maker, broken washing machine, mold in shower, leak in faucet, broken doorstoper. Paper thin walls, you can hear every noise. It has been 3 weeks since we moved in and they have still not given us a storage unit even though we requested one prior to moving in. I cannot wait to move out already..

I have been living at the Gossett on Church ever since I moved to Nashville back in early summer of 2021. I have truly enjoyed the community as well as the elite location, perks, and environment. I have already renewed my lease once and plan on it again. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great location with walking distance to nearly everything. EXTREMELY friendly staff as well!
