The first thing you’ll notice about Jersey City’s waterfront is the scenery – from the Holland Tunnel to Liberty State Park, The Waterfront offers prime views of the Lower Manhattan skyline across the Hudson River. In recent years, The Waterfront has transformed into a trendy, affluent neighborhood. Popular among NYC commuters (thanks to the convenience of public transportation via road, rail, and ferry), The Waterfront has a robust corporate presence of its own, meaning that many residents are able to walk or bike to work.
The Powerhouse Arts District has attracted a vibrant community of creatives to The Waterfront, contributing to an eclectic vibe in the exclusive neighborhood; this unique blend of influences has resulted in a unique assortment of galleries, cafes, and bars on the south side of the neighborhood.

Property Ratings at The Gotham
Currently living in Gotham however am moving out soon. I love living here. The area is great, lots of restaurants, bars, things to do, etc. You're also centrally located from Grove St and Exchange Place PATH Stations so depending on where you want to go in Manhattan, you can choose accordingly. Management and maintenance staff are very good. We had one minor issue in our time living here and they responded and had it fixed within 12 hours. The company has a very good way to putting work tickets in so you don't have to worry about getting it to the right people. The apartments itself is good, I liked the layout and the appliances were brand new and worked very well. Washer/Dryer in unit which is very convenient. The only draw back I could have is that some tenants don't respect the gym and leave weights out/don't wipe down/use 4-5 machines at once, etc. But even that is trying to stretch a con about living here. Would recommend to anyone.
nice robe home amidst a bustling city. Convenient luxury high rise building in the middle of a great town. Easy commute to NYC or anywhere.
