Whether it’s solo sporting or as a group, Rogers has a variety of athletic events and facilities for land and lake activities. I will start with, I love where we live!! The location is fantastic! I have a couple of things that I think need to be dealt with sooner than later. The dog wash is still not open. I asked about when it would be open back in December and was told a week or 2 but it has now been months. Also, the dog park gets so muddy that I can't even go in with my dogs without getting mud all over me. We were told that the dog park would be redone. The hammocks should be taken off the stands when it is windy outside. They keep getting blown over, and that could be hazardous at some point. This sounds like a bad review, but none of this is a deal-breaker for us. We enjoy living here we just need a few things finished up to make it perfect.

Very happy with my apt and the property. Love the amenities and how it’s located close enough you can walk to the mall, restaurants, stores, bars easily but tucked away enough that it’s quiet and peaceful
Haven’t been here long but the facilities are kept clean and the people are friendly. The apartments are designed great to fit any life style.

Everything has been fantastic since moving in. The grounds are free of trash, maintenance solves problems quickly, noise is very limited, and this location is a wonderful place with everything nearby. My only complaint is that the Tesla charger's cost is a bit too high. Convenience is nice, but the supercharger 10 minutes away is half the cost than the one here.

The Grafton has several great amenities for residents and hosts quite a few events on a monthly basis. The trash services are prompt, the gym is really nicely equipped, and the custodial and grounds crews work extremely hard to keep the property clean.

So far the experience has been good. I wish there was a way so that we can hear our neighbors. Other than that managment is good and maintenance has been mostly quick.
Whether it's a maintenance request or a question regarding facilities the staff at the Grafton are there to help quickly and efficiently! I have lived here for a few months now and I cannot say enough good things about this group of people and the amazing things being built here. I am extremely grateful to having found The Grafton and can't imagine living anywhere else in Rogers.

I’m new to apartment hunting but felt like an expert after touring with the staff at the Grafton Apartments in Rogers. They were all so kind and welcoming. The one that gave me an individual tour was able to (1) show me all the different floor plans within my preference and (2)was able answer all my questions in a respectful and dignified way. The overall experience was great!
The Grafton is a stellar property with cool design and friendly staff! Can't wait to move in!
The team here is really strong and were helpful when I went in for my tour. They were all very friendly and eager to answer any questions I had. The overall build of the apartments is very impressive, you can tell they are built to last with the high quality materials and appliances installed. My move-in day can't get here any sooner!!!
