Location is unbeatable. Elevators consistently need repair. Maintenance is fast yet they don’t complete tasks carefully (ie: weather stripping on the door replaced but not done completely so it mostly works, dishwasher repaired but not placed completely and correctly back into the cabinet), Items from move in checklist are still incomplete even after notifying management.

For the most part, The Grand is great. There are small things here and there that you will experience when living among the apartment renter populous. I will also say, the majority of issues that I have are with the residents of The Grand, not the management company.

The community and people are great at the Grand. The only complaint is that the elevator has been out since right after we moved in and still hasn’t been fixed. I understand the demand for parts and it’s hard to get things in right now but it’s still frustrating that we can’t do anything about it. Other than that the people are great and the location is Prime

Great location! Apartments are a bit dated considering how modern and current the surrounding areas are. There’s a lot I have yet to discover since we have not gotten a proper tour of the property. Leasing office staff are kind but seem busy and overwhelmed.

The ceiling and walls don't block any noise. You can hear every word every footstep especially at 3am. My calves are killing me due to the broken elevators for about a month now with no repair!

The outside commons area has gone down hill drastically. There are water lines that are broken. The grass is almost gone in certain areas. They are not blown off the common areas. The elevators are down all of the time. It use to be such a beautiful place in the common areas now, not so much.
Being a repeat offender living here, the convenience with everything around is untouchable compared to other properties

It’s been great living here these past almost 8 years. It’s very quiet, it has all the amenities that I could ever imagine, including a state-of-the-art work-out studio. And the management is professional yet friendly.

On the whole I'm happy here. The facilities are fantastic, the place is kep clean and the events that are organised (at least the one I've been to) was fun. Doubts and queries are responded to professionally and in a friendly manner. My only recommendation for improvement would be more attention given to recycling - encouraging residents to recycle as much as possible and having clear drop off points to collect a variety of material.
I love this place. We have everything close. Stores, gym, good places to stay in peace. Definite if you looking for a place where you would like to live. The Grand is the best option
It’s been only 10 days since I moved in this apartment and I love living in here so far. What I like about this apartment is location and friendly and professional staff members.

Amazing amenities (pools, beer garden, lounge areas) Great social aspect, because of the amenities and social events I've become friends with so many of my neighbors that this place really feels like home to me. Workout classes are excellent. Restaurants selection is just steps away from my door, so convenient and adds urban living lifestyle. Staff is super nice, lots live on property and it's nice seeing them interact with the community.

I’ve been here a long time and I can honestly say that the beautiful landscaping has always been top notch - never less than beautiful. The maintenance requests are quickly addressed with quality work and neatness. I for one, like the quietness factor. The campus ambiance is peaceful and very quiet. Unfortunately, I don’t participate is any of the myriad activities (except bingo which I never win), but I think it’s cool that the Grand has so many fun things to do for their residents. In fact, the Grand’s assortment of amenities and activities is so vast, that we even have our own lending library with over 200 books to choose from to borrow and read. How about that for caring about the resident’s quality of living?
Still here after 8 years. Still a premium place to live. Office staff unfailingly helpful, friendly, efficient. Maintenance staff on time, fix it the first time, always professional. Physical plant is kept in top notch condition at all times. The neighborhood is thriving, full of great restaurants, great retail venues, close to the tollway for quick access to anywhere else. All dogs may go to heaven, but before that they would rather be here.
Location is unbeatable. Overall the complex is kept up well and issues in the general areas are addressed efficiently. Communication from management is frequent and relevant.

The elevator closest to my apartment has been broken for almost 2 weeks. Hallways sometimes smells musty and like trash. Work orders are not attended to in a timely fashion. I have been here almost 2 weeks and my automatic entry still does not work despite me giving them the leasing agents my toll tag info.
The Grand is awesome and a beautiful well kept property, the only thing I would change is the trash pick-up trash is not picked up from your apartment you have to walk a petty long ways to dispose of your trash.
Joe has been very helpful with all my questions. I just moved in, and haven’t ventured out yet, but I’m definitely looking forward to seeing the entire property. My apartment is very nice, clean, and pretty quiet. I’m sure I will love calling this home.

The fitness classes and Pools have been a great opportunity to meet others at The Grand. It’s a very safe community and excellent for pet owners. excellent restaurants and shops.
Overall, my stay at the Grand Apartments @ Legacy West has been quite pleasant. The interior is modern and well-maintained, earning it four out of five stars. However, occasional noise from neighboring units and parking gate issues were a slight inconvenience. Despite these drawbacks, the comfortable amenities and convenient location to the neighboring shops make it a worthwhile experience.

It seems that every luxury apartment community around is trying to out-amenity the next one. But when The Grand introduced its own free lending library with over 200 titles to choose from, they have indeed thought of, and provided us with every amenity possible. What else is there for us residents to enjoy at The Grand? The Grand has topped them all.
Although we have enjoyed our stay at the Grand overall, our numerous noise complaints regarding our upstairs neighbor for nearly a year and half went unresolved and we felt there was a lack of accountability and effort on the Grand’s end in finding a resolution and this has ultimately become too much to handle as our upstairs neighbor still regularly causes us headaches and sleepless nights. We want to thank the Grand as well as we will take away lots of good memories and moments with us, and overwhelming majority of our experiences were positives and enjoyable.
Common areas in need of improvement and/repair. Preventive maintenance non-existent. Admin does not follow through on requests. - Apartments are OK but noise travels easily … I snooze off at night with my neighbors music (good thing is relaxing sounds) ????

My experience has been good so far. This is a good place to live. The area is nice. It does get noisy sometimes if your apartment is located near the parking lot. Overall it is good.
Everything you want in a concierge property. Your pets are a celebrated part of the community. Love the location and staff is committed to delivering the VIP experience to the residents.

I love living at The Grand at Legacy West. One of my biggest need is safety and I feel very safe here walking my dog at 6am or 11p anytime really. the area is lively but my apartment if very quiet and I live facing main street. My pup loves it too! She twirls when we get home!

Great and convenient location! Only issue is the noise (stomping and other loud noises) from upstairs unit at all hours of the day. Also the workout gym needs better temperature control- it is always too warm.
Going on eight years, The Grand is still the premier experience it has been from the start. The office staff are efficient, friendly and quick to solve problems. The maintenance staff is excellent, always professional and expert at their jobs. Amenities are top notch. The physical plant is superbly maintained. And when dogs make a wish, they wish that they get to live here.

Very pleased with the environment and friendliness of staff. The property is maintained and very beautiful. There are many restaurants and shops withing walking distance
Moved in on Dec 9th and it's been great! Both me and my pup love living at Legacy West. It's nice and quiet and so much to do in the neighborhood.
The Management staff is very responsive to urgent complaints. They did an excellent job during the recent package crisis. On a whole they are very responsive.
The maintenance team and the leasing team is wonderful.
