Nos mudamos el 9 de diciembre del 2024 y a sido una gran experiencia desde la atención de Claudia y Germanía hasta la estadía , encontramos el apartamento limpio y hemos tenido requerimientos que han sido atendidos inmediatamente. El complex tranquilo y agradable para vivir. Estamos felices con nuestra elección. 10/10

The Grand at Westside is a fun and convenient place to live. The staff is great! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent because it is close to all major highways, shopping, and attractions.

I've been living here for about 9 months now and honestly, I have been enjoying my stay. Everyone here keeps to themselves and don't cause any issues.

Easy, smooth, transition. The front desk ladies were so helpful in a time that I was in a hurry to move. I am so thankful for this apartmebt. I do think it is overpriced for what it is.

The traffic in this area has become unbearable now. It was manageable at one point but after covid things changed completely. The apartments are good size; however, the rental cost isn't worth the size. The management are sweet and helpful, as well as the maintenance staff.

A very beautiful place to live. The staff and maintenance of the nicest people and they're quick to meet your concerns. I'm very glad that I chose this place to live :-)

We came all the way from Jersey about 4 months ago and we Still feel like it was the Best decision to move into The Grand!!! We have Everything at our fingertips! We're staying healthy now thanks to their onsite gym, I can walk my cats safely around the complex and they even have food trucks that come to the lobby in case you don't feel like cooking that day! Not to mention the amount of restaurants you'll be surrounded with lol This place has it ALL! We love it here! ??????

Living here is pretty good. Quiet safe friendly residents. Maintained nice. Maintenance staff are really great. And my animals love to go to the dog park.

I have lived here for 3 years now with my daughter and we absolutely love it. It’s a very quiet apartment complex and we have never had any issues.

Honestly, an amazing place. I've never lived anywhere as nice and beautiful as this! Definitely worth living here! So many ammentaties and friends to make. It's a beautiful and safe place to take a stroll or just enjoy the whether.

Great area. Love that this complex has 4 bedrooms. Apartments are older and need a lot of updating. Amenities are good, but the price of the apartments are very high for being a little bit older and outdated.

En general muy aceptable cómodo y seguro, en la actualidad no es fácil de encontrarnos con este tipo de complejos Así que los felicito por que para mí familia y yo mismo eso quiero.

Erica and friendly were super friendly, welcoming, and kind. Erica did a wonderful job with my loving orientation and helped explain everything I needed. Thank you all for making this move an easy transition!

Moving into my new apartment was amazing! The process was smooth, the space is cozy, and I already feel right at home in my new community!!!!!

I love The Grand at Westside… All the staff are very friendly and always ready to help almost immediately and effectively when needed. It is a very quiet and safe community.

Living hair is wonderful people everyone at the front office and in maintenance are very helpful when it comes to solving issues. They're also very kind when answering questions.

Moved in a week ago, so far so great! The community is clean, safe, and welcoming. The management is very sweet and accommodating. Service personnel are polite and efficient.

We love it here. It's a beautiful beautiful place to live. I couldn't have asked for a better place to live. Everything is so convenient to my apartment like shopping and groceries and dining.

Nice quiet place. Very well maintained. Neighbors are nice pool is nice on a hot day. Maintenance staff are great responsive to requests quickly

I’m very impressed by everything here, their were some hiccups in the beginning like certain things in the apartment not working but everything got fixed so I guess I can’t complain.

We love living here! We just moved to our second apartment here and we truly love it. Perfect location, great amenities, always have nice food trucks come to the club house!

The staff has always been great. Maintenance is great as well! This is my 2nd renewal. The property overall is quiet and situated in a nice location.

It hasn’t been terrible but it genuinely needs a lot of help. Maintenance calls take forever to get a response; I understand there’s a lot of residents, but, a simple email of an eta would be so helpful. The leasing office isn’t horrible but I’m unsure how well they communicate with each other. It seems when I go in there for a certain issue and I talk to someone the message never gets to the next person. So there’s always some sort of confusion on what my problem is and I have to re-explain myself. That tends to get pretty annoying. Otherwise it’s a good community overall, other residents haven’t been a real issue (with a few exceptions) and everyone is generally kind. I appreciate the vendors that come out and the experiences they provide. Overall, could be better, but not the worst.

Good maintenance crew, noisy tenants at times, the location is incredibly busy at all times of the day. Loads of traffic during the hours of business start/end times.

Excellent neighborhood!! Quiet, clean, secure, pet friendly Amazing staff When you call maintenance, they respond super fast. The ladies in the office are super sweet.

Great resident experience.except I was not notified of pool closure and was not kept up to date. Other than that, everything has been good. Quiet and clean well kept community that I am Proud to live in. New pool looks great. Staff is helpful

Living here has been great! Ammenities are clean and beautiful and it is very peaceful and calm. People at the office and maintenance guys treat us very well and the trash vallet works great.

Everyone has been amazing!! From the application to the move in everything has been a breeze with The Grand. Thank you guys for everything you have done

Living here at the grand is pretty good. It’s quiet and well upkept. Staff is friendly and any maintenance request are done in a timely manner.

I've had the best experience with the grand at Westside. Prompt maintenance friendly staff I couldn't ask for anything better. My neighbors are the best they are courteous and friendly greatly appreciate that.

I really enjoy the events that they host! I think it shows that they care about their residents and want us to enjoy our living experience. I do wish the pool was open a little more often, but also appreciate that they are working on it to make the changes necessary.

It’s a nice and pleasant place to stay. Only issue is getting used to the no of insects and lizards. The place is very beautiful and full of greeneries

Great place to live, maintenance fixes ur issues as fast as they can. They knock before entering and office always tries to help u out when ur struggling. Everyone stays to themselves.

People in office are very nice and location is great. We like the area but landscaping outside is very unkept and inconsistent. We have to keep asking for it to be done.

Overall the experience with the complex is fantastic. The staff are wonderful, the maintenance is prompt, and if there are any issues they get solved as fast as possible. The only things I have an issue with is with other residents (which is common in an apartment complex) and how thin the walls are. Some people are not used to living in apartments and make that the problem of their neighbours. To be fair, the walls and floors are very thin so it's hard not to hear EVERYTHING happening in the vicinity of your apartment

Other than things breaking in new apartment , we love living here…the location is great , the people are nice and it’s really close to Disney !!!

I would recommend people to live here. It is very quiet and clean. Apartment are very big and comfortable. Rent is reasonable. Complex is well taken care of.

This is a great place to live, it's quiet, quiet and clean. All facilities are very well maintained and the office staff is very friendly especially Claudia. I recommend this place.

It’s been an amazing 4 days so far we love it. It is so calm and relaxing m, can’t wait for the pool and dog park to reopen. Waiting patiently to move was definitely well worth it. Moving is exhausting glad that part is over

Overall has been great! The people are awesome. The overall grounds are not the cleanest but it is an outdoor apartment complex so having it maintained to perfection is an over ask.

So far this place is great. Apartment is spacious and updated. Office staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The grounds are kept nice and nice amenities

The staff has always been very professional, and when I call for any maintenance issue, they come quickly.. Area is always very clean, neighbors are very cordial

The pool is always closed in the summer which can be very frustrating. The gym also needs a good update with new equipment. Besides that it’s a good community to live in.

It's just great here. It's quiet at night, the sun set looks beautiful. We're getting a new swimming pool, and the location is great. Just great!
