By far the most beautiful and well kept complex I’ve ever lived in. The most amazing feature is the weather forecast we receive, always dead on. The cleanup after a major snow storm is second to none.

Our townhouse is extremely spacious, well-designed and modern. We have a one car garage and an unfinished basement which we turned into a home gym. Our friends rave about our place and how lucky we are! We’ve lived here three years and we plan to stay as long as we can! The staff is very kind, organized and quick to help or answer any questions. We cannot say enough about this community!

Spent a lot of time searching for the right place to live when ready to downsize and this is the best around. Safe place to live, beautiful townhouse with all the amenities needed, office staff is fast to assist with needs and crew maintain such a beautiful surrounding. Never unkept...always pristene. The living areas are so efficient and my utilities are very reasonable. Townhouses are so quiet due to the great insulation. Never hesistate to consider this a place to live. This is my 6th year.

I have lived in the Grand Lofts complex for almost three years now and I am still enjoying every aspect of the rental. It is very close to 84 and I have a very smooth 12 minute commute to my job in Manchester. The unit itself is very well designed and spacious with plenty of closet space and a gorgeous kitchen that the cook in me enjoys daily. The insulation is very good and the cost efficiency is reflected in our utility bill. The community is a very pleasant and quiet one and I feel very safe taking my daily walk around. My husband and I are also very big fan of the pool in the summer and use the very convenient gym from time to time. It is also worth mentioning the proximity of Rails-to-trails for nature and cycling lovers. The management is really the best both friendly and very professional, resolving any issues that may arise on the same or very next day we let them know. I am really happy with Grand Lofts and recommend it without any hesitation.

This apartment complex is beautiful from the inside to the outside. The management is one of the most friendly and helpful I've experienced so far. The amenities include a stunningly well kept pool and patio with big grills and plenty of space for BBQ. A vaulted ceiling clubhouse with a 24 hour gym and bathroom facilities. Inside the apartment contains real stainless steel appliances and a gorgeous granite countertop. There is plenty of room and storage. More than I'll ever need. I've been here for 3 years and its been the best worry-free 3 years of my life.

We are coming upon our final days living here at the Grand Lofts and we have nothing but great things to say about this place. The apartment itself is exemplary, with a support staff to match. Everyone from the owners, to the administration and the maintenance department are truly at the top of their game. The clubhouse and gym are some of the nicest amenities that you could want in a property, and the pool is a favorite of our kids. If it wasn't for the need to relocate for work, we would have stayed here much longer than the year we were here. One final thought; this place is so well insulated that our utilities were ridiculously low.
