Excellent place to live. Everything is close by. H-E-B, Walmart, Sam’s etc. Everyone has been very nice, to include staff and tenants.

This is a wonderful place to live!!
Love living at Grand Parkway Apartment!! The front office staff and the maintenance staff are all very nice and Helpful! I have wonderful neighbors, and I feel very safe here which is a priority with me! If you’re looking for a great place to live and you’d like to be around seniors, this is the place to come!

Horrible staff
Staff is under educated to even properly explain when a customer is inquiring about application process. My parents were starting an application process and while I was trying to explain that I would be guarantor if/in case they are not approved for application. Without even asking or explaining why, this assistant property manager initiates an application indicating that I need to be to start my own application. Only to find out my parents have never received any to initiate.. indicating I would have to restart application and pay for new fees.. to top it off, this person simply indicates it's my fault and that I don't know how to follow instructions as if talking to some kindergarten kids, just in a very condescending way, nor even give your customer chance to speak. Just lousy way to collect fees and undermine people that are in need. Sure, it could be one bad apple, but if this is the type of staff managing the property.. I cannot fathom to imagine how this environment cannot be toxic to let this staff continue and provide caring for elderly residents.. They would just crush/marginalize the elderly's moral if they ever need some sort of maintenance indicating it's probably their fault.. Just terrible human being.. how can this person even have customer facing job is beyond me..

Grand Parkway Apartments are exactly that... GRAND. Staff are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. Amenities are multiple. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Apartments are updated and comfortable. Residents are friendly.

Grand Parkway has been my home for almost four years. The residents as well as the staff and management are very friendly. It is a safe place to live, which is very important to me. The grounds are well kept. My apartment overlooks the pond with the fountain, and the beautiful swimming pool. Last but not least, the thing I love the most is that everyday feels like Im on vacation at a lovely resort.

This is an awesome community thanks to our office staff and team. Even during this pandemic the team is courteous and friendly. They go above and beyond any community. They gave out treats (safely on our doors) for Mother's Day and since we were unable to have our monthly birthday celebration due to the safety guidelines, we had treats and a card delivered to our door. That's what I call a Community. Nothing stops this team from remembering their guests and their important moments.

This is a nice quiet place to live. The residents are all very nice. The property is clean. There are planned activities (some are free, some have a charge) for residents. They raise the rent every year & you have to pay to have them send you a monthly rent reminder! Apparently that reminder is non negotiable. They have a nice pool. There are some outside maintenance issues but nothing that affects resident safety.

The Grand Parkway
Senior complex, 55 and older. The complex is about 6 years old. Apartment entrances are on inside hallways. There are elevators for 2nd and 3rd floor access. Large swimming pool, walking path, dog park, theater room, library , chapel. This is a quiet place to live. There are planned activities for residents.
