Location,Location,Location
The part about living in the Grant Apartments is the location. I can walk to a grocery store, walk to a park, and walk to Broadway which is full of funky shops, restaurants and bars. As for the apartments themselves- they are currently in the process of renovating each one of them, but even the old ones are not bad if you are not a picky person. They each have AC and there is a laundry room in the building. I only wish that the management was more friendly. I have lived there for 8 months and I met the property manager just once by accident and he did not even introduced himself. I thought it was a little bit rude. My building has only 17 apartments and not that many people live there. In conclusion a very nice, cozy place with great location.

No complaints
This apartment is in a very good location. I feel safe here. Everything works. It's reasonably quiet. The maintenance people do an excellent job. It's a reasonably good value. On the other hand, there isn't anything that makes me say "it has a really great ________.
