Quiet and nice property. No complaints so far. Have known a lot of people who lived here a long time. I am happy here.

Thank you for the five stars! We appreciate the feedback.
I've seen other reviews about this place on this site about the same thing so I'm going to post my experience: I've lived here almost 10 years, since the former landlord used to run this place, but we've been under new management for about six years and this landlord is absolutely appalling. There's no noise policy in place to protect neighbors against noisy tenants anymore. If anything it's the opposite. It's a breeding ground for horrible neighbors. The landlord doesn't care and they were even protecting a tenant who'd been harassing me for several months when I lived there. The kids are lively outside, like all kids are so expect evenings not to be quiet; I didn't mind. At night though your neighbors get to make all the noise they want and still get to live there. The previous landlord would've fixed all that noise within a week. The walls are thin and you can hear everything, so loud music can travel through from several apartments over. That's the excuse the actual loud neighbors and landlord use whenever there's an issue that's going in the apartment next to yours, even with evidence. Concluding: Looks like a nice place but looks can be deceiving. In this case, they are. Save your money and a headache. Wouldn't recommend.
I like cotton run just wish the neighbors that live above you would have more respects for the one that live down stars and not stomp when they walk are be mean. Ive had that promblem for a while now..kinda wish i could move to a nother unit away from the people that live above me. I only been in apt.one month.
