The apartments have great potential! The amenities are wonderful but the quality of the apartments themselves are lacking. Many things in the kitchen are not properly installed. The bathroom grows mold way to fast and we rarely have hot water. In addition to very short notice for renovations or pest control appointments leaving me and my family scrambling to get time off and remove everything from the kitchen even though we dont have bugs in our apartment. However maintenance is very respectful and quick. And for the most part most of the office staff are kind and understanding.

Pretty easy move in process and apartment is cute and clean. It was easy to pick up my keys and the apartment has minimal damage - not perfect but almost!

I love my studio. The big issue I have were the roaches, and the mice. I keep my place extremely clean. My place has been completely sealed up now, and it seems to be under control. I live right next to the trash chute, and I feel that area needs to be sprayed for roaches on a regular basis. The garbage areas need to be better maintained. They are attracting the rodents. The only other thing is people who use the gym need to put the equipment away when they are done.

The package pick up is not organized and I receive no notification when I receive a package. The clubhouse is nice. The people are all very friendly.

1) I was never told the elevator was not functional and it won’t be until December before I signed the lease. This also results in me not having a mailbox and having to go up and down 5 flights of stairs everyday to go to work. This was very disappointing news that should have been shared with me before signing the lease. 2) There is also easy access in to the building with no lock on the door to the stairs which are in poor condition.

The staff are very helpful. It's the elevator not working, bugs, and many false fire alarms which is my biggest concern. People are so used to them, they don't evacuate. There are families and people with handicap issues. What liability do you have if a real fire happened and people don't evacuate? I have been here a month and it has not been fixed (fire alarms or elevator).

The apartment is nice it’s would be a perfect fit for me and my family but our building has a bad problem with roaches we did not expect this the pictures looked so nice online and in the video we seen of the model apartment all the appliances were new and more modern then what we have

I would not recommend living at this community. There are many problems. Maintenance is flaky and rarely responds to requests. The office does not answer emails or the phone. Most of the staff is rude and does not give truthful answers. I would not recommend living at this community at this time.

I've been living here for a while now, and over the years I've seen a lot of improvements around here. I really like living here, I have nothing to complain about. It's a good environment for children to play outside. The apartments are spacious and they're always available when you need anything.

It’s nice have small problems, they leave open all night the gate to the dog park and is dangerously because the animals like skunk go inside, a lot people don’t respect the time in the barbecue area, they are too slow to fix anything inside house. But it’s nice the apartment and out

So far it’s been really good. My unit is very nice. The property has lots of things to do, especially the amazing gym facilities. The pool is great.

Management does not respond to maintenance requests, or communicate in a timely fashion. They do not answer the phone at all, and have been known to close the leasing office early with no notice or signage. Various parts of buildings keep breaking down, the elevators are not working more than half the time, and exterior door locks keep being destroyed. Trash keeps piling up in the janky garbage shoots, dog bags and external trash does not get maintained. They did just remark the parking spaces, but told people to move cars the day before via email, and day of by banging on doors. Sure, some of them are cheap/low income, but that doesn't mean you can treat your residents as poorly as you do your property. Do better.

I’m absolutely in love it’s such a vibe here , so beautiful right by the water I love my one bedroom , walk in closets were a must , very cozy and the front office is very helpful too

So far not too bad. The apartment had a couple things broken on move in, otherwise I love it. The community is nice and the staff is nice and attentive.

Awful management...Dirty, garbage everywhere. Cleaners clean with products or tools that do nothing but move the dirt around. Office doesn't pick up phone. Our bldg hasn't locked in months. Office lies and says parts are on order.

Great place! Only dislike is people leaving a lot of trash in the back stairwells, leaves unpleasant smells. Aside from that great community, great people. Clean & absolutely love my new home great appliances!
I love this place because my apartment is big, but very expensive and elevator doesn’t working when fix everything the place will be perfect .

I am not going to even stress myself out going into detail but simply put, the definition of a nightmare. DO NOT MOVE HERE I DO NOT CARE THAT IT IS APPEALING FOR BEING A LITTLW CHEAPER THAN OTHER PROPERTIES. Still waiting on my security deposit currently. Been given the run around by pretty much every single person management. Have spoken directly to so many people through phone and email and they can’t seem to figure out what’s going on with everybody’s security deposits apparently! What a joke. Just reached out the last time and I’m on the verge of pursuing legal action due to how much I just want my deposit and rid myself of this property and never think of this time of my life again. I literally never want to think about living here. At this point it’s not even the money I want it’s the principle and to be done and past this horrible experience. AGAIN DO NOT MOVE HERE!

This has primarily been about Greystar. Too many problems go ignored and uncared. The staff was never available and was always rude and angry when interacting with people. They conveniently forgot to document things and wouldn't agree to put anything in writing. I can live with some of the pest issues, by the inability to treat the residents like people was outrageous.
Wish I could give negative stars! They change their name and things just continue to trend in a downward spiral. Cockroaches in the units. At least 10 people living in each unit. “Security” is a complete waste, they don’t do anything. No cameras anywhere. Trash chutes have been down for several months. TWO fires in 4 months- one being arson!! Management doesn’t communicate anything important. It’s quite literally a free for all in this community. Pretty pathetic.
The mismanagement of this complex has created multiple unsafe incidents within the short time I have lived here. Local management has known and acknowledged these incidents but refuses to remedy any issues. I would recommend you run far away if you believe preventative maintenance and maintaining records is an important thing for a multifamily complex.

The buildings are disgusting. The elevators are grafittied, there are holes in the walls that have been poorly patched up, and the amount of cockroaches i saw in the hallways and the unit i was visiting was an alarming amount. The entire complex needs to be fumigated. Also what happened to the unsolved murder that happened here? Changing company names doesnt solve your reputation.

When I first applied to this apartment I was denied but was not told this for an entire week. After contacting them regarding the application they were upset that I wasn't informed and another employee gave me a workaround and stated that I was APPROVED over the phone. Excited that I had a place to live I was told the 31st would be my move-in day. I packed yesterday only to be told I was denied when I requested my new lease. I informed the employees that I ea approved by this employer and I received a call today stating I was fully denied. I was lied to for an entire week and now have to cancel every moving plan I had and unpack and return things for this reason. AWFUL COMPLEX AND EMPLOYEES DO NOT APPLY HERE.

All buildings are infested with roaches. The staff hardly ever cleans the place unless it is requested by someone and even if you do they probably won’t clean it. If you have a service issue or a problem you have to deal with it your self. Holes in the ceilings that never get fixed. Constantly leaking roof.Also if you need to talk to anyone at the leasing office you better hope it doesn’t inconvenience them or they are extremely rude.

Do not move here. Leasing office will NOT help with issues you have. It’s waaay too overpriced for the poor quality of the apartments and how horrible the leasing office is. Complete waste of money. Peoples dogs pee on the carpets which they do not fix, they do not give ample warning of construction. -1000/10 would recommend.

We moved in May this year. -poor management (bad to no communication between office and maintenance) -insane energy use (huge utility bill) -quiet inside the apartment -some roaches -update units are nice Management and maintenance are on two different planets. We went in our first day with our paperwork of what is wrong on move in (dirty sink and tub, windows not locking, drain guards missing from all sinks, dishwasher not working) and management said fixed by end of day, maintenance showed up two weeks later. They also did nothing about anything other than tue dishwasher. Make notice though so they do not try anything at move out. We specifically asked for no entry without scheduling/prior notice. We had a notice left saying maintenance will be in one day within a specified time frame and we waited all day for it. they showed up four days later and tried to enter the apartment without notice. Management expressed how this is not how they operate and apologized profusely (after asking for proof of the notice) they said maintenance is not trained that way etc. Today, three weeks later, the same thing happened and they’re banging on the door for an inspection that we’ve gotten no notice for, verbal written or otherwise. AC unit is extremely old- be careful, one bedroom apartment racked up a $300 electric bill in a month. They advertise sustainable but we are about two years from the residents benefitting from this marketing. There are roaches, for us only a few and is a part of life closer to the city but it sounds like multiple apartments have that issue, some worse than others but they are here. Elevators are hit or miss, sometimes they work sometimes they stink like urine. Apartments are older which reduces sound inside which is solid as the hallways can get loud. Package room is a lot of technology with zero management. You’ll need to pay extra per month to get your packages delivered to a room where you’ll have to reach out to management to get a code to go in as the logistics have not been worked out, the office is aware but there is still no process for them to check this room regularly and manage it. Skip and get a PO Box instead. The units on average are 300-500 less than others in the area so we just take what we’ve got for now, it could be worse for sure but the entry into apartment without notice or consent is the biggest issue.

Pro: Location. That's the only pro of this apartment complex Con: Very poor insulation (be prepared to spend $300+ in winter for heating), loud neighbors, Mice, cockroaches, trash overflowing from the trash chute every day, dog poop in front of your door (some neighbors don't take their dogs out for walks and let them poop and pee in the corridor), Car broken into, smoking from neighbors apartment, can hear everything the neighbors above are doing and saying, water leaks from the ceiling because the upstairs neighbors dishwasher broke or they throw water on the ground, car reviving engine and playing loud music at 2 a.m., packages are always stolen.

I have been a resident for 4 plus years, and changes in ownership have led to deteriorating conditions. While new ownership should be applauded for attempting new upgrades and community events, the constant cash flow goal has led to an influx of poor quality renters that abuse property on a daily basis. 6 and 7 people to an apartment is commonplace, and goes un checked (as long as you meet rent you are in) extra mattresses fill the dumpsters on a daily basis for the overcrowding this complex is experiencing. As such, vandalism, trash in halls, trash area on floors, all over parking lots are everywhere and an infestation of mice and cockroaches has begun because of these behaviors. Gym and community centers are often closed due to vandalism and again goes unchecked and unmonitored with cameras.. This used to be a great place to live with its proximity, but lack of screening for new renters and no discpline leave good renters stranded and asking for more. Additionally, property management and maintenance continues to slow to responded to any requests as they are overhelmed with the problems they welcomed with their desire to fill complex at all costs

This complex lied to me multiple times from available amenities to monthly rent (hundreds of dollars descrepency) and wasted precious hours of my life during my tour.

Not worth the money. False advertising calling this place "luxury." Fruit flies, roaches, mice and loud, disrespectful neighbors are not luxury.

The Green at 9 & 90 is a good place to live. It is affordable, and convenient. The amenities are very nice. Does it have its problems? Sure, but as does every other apartment complex. The one thing I don't like is the amount of email you get from the Leasing office. Not only that but much of it is negative in nature. They do love threatening your lease. Thankfully you can opt out of most of the emails.

I moved out of this apartment building owned by Greystar as quickly as I could. (They keep changing the name, but it's the same company.) I notified the management team about the cockroaches, the cat fur, toys, and cat litter stench from the previous tenant, the broken AC, leaking toilet, etc. and none of these problems were addressed during my stay. There were non-stop parties, puddles of urine and piles of trash in the hallways and outdoors, broken and unlockable doors, and unsafe conditions with non-residents coming and going. I ended up staying with friends and family until I could find another place to live, moving again at my own expense. I was initially shown a clean, quiet model apartment unit, but the unsealed windows and doors in my apartment let in far too much traffic noise especially from the drag racing on RT 9 at all hours. Don't fall for their bait and switch. Moving is far too stressful to do twice in the same year after an exhausting, sleepless, and stressful tenancy.

A great place to live, a lot of nature, outdoor areas with great leisure. However, it needs security cameras for greater peace of mind for everyone and access control to the parking lot.

they are only concerned with collecting the rent, they do not provide a calm and clean place for the residents, many people have parties until late at night, but the office does nothing, I would like them to put cameras to fine those who practice these things that are in disagreement with the resident rules
