Family and pet friendly community. The grounds in the complex are very nice. The apartments reside next to a golf course which offers a lot of greenery and there is a bike/walk path with doggy bags and trash conveniently spaced. Maintenance is great and Monica at the leasing office is very helpful! Apartments are a little pricey but renovated and up to date inside.
They don’t clean the grounds. There has been garbage at the dumpsters for weeks!! It smells so horrible!! The management office obviously doesn’t care that their residents are living in filth. Can’t wait to get out of here.
The Green at Chevy Chase is still an excellent place to rent an reside. Everything here is terrific.The staff is very cordial and very wonderful to deal with. They are very hospitable and going on 3 years being here they have obviously made me feel like they truly feel that I’m more than just a tenant. They make you feel as well as you like this is home. This property has everything you could want in a property. The pools are great yes there are 2. There is also a fabulous weight training facility. Lastly, the property manager Justin and the head of maintenance Jeremy are terrific people to deal with. If you have anything to have addressed and fixed in a very timely fashion. Jeremy and his crew are the best. If you need something fixed Jeremy and staff are on top it. It truly is a great property to reside. You have grocery stores and top notch restaurants around the corners. Also you are close to all major highways in the area. I still feel like this is a 5 start place to call home.

The green at chevy chase is a beautiful community and I may have to have leave it due job relocation. However, the staff, the grounds, and the community has been nothing but wonderful for the past 3 years. I am hoping I can stay because I do not want to leave. Its clean, bug free, drama free, and quiet. I did inherent a loud inconsiderate upstairs neighbor this current year. ( I probably could have complained more-staff is very responsive but I didn't) . But the first two years were golden. Perfect I want to let the staff at the Green at chevy Chase know my time here was well spent. If I comeback to Chicago I will come here first. Thanks

I liked the apartment so much have lot of greenary and next to it golf course,nice school district 102. Monica is so helpful in assisting the apartment. She worked even off hours in getting apartment soon.i moved week ago and so far I don't have any complaints. Srikanth j

Green at Chevy Chase is a great place students get to go to top most districts and high school kids go to one of the best high schools in the U.S.A. This is the best place for to live and play this is the best neighborhood in my opinion.

The Green at Chevy Chase- Quiet and green, absolutely love the jogging track. I have been staying here for almost 2 yrs, and had no issues. All small problems sorted quickly upon reporting. Surely recommend The Green. Sourabh Purohit.

Quite well maintained society, staffs are quite friendly. As per the name society is full of green. Maintainance staffs respond pretty quickly for any issue. This is under a good school district also. Highly recommended.

These apartments are extremely over priced for an old almost run-down like apartments. People are willing to pay for it because half of them who live there work at Discover or Takeda etc which are a 5 mins drive from this place and the school district is supposedly one of the better ones. It is by no means a luxury apartment. The appliances are very very old and have not been replaced since forever. The heater in my apartment keeps getting broke (during Winter, in Chicago!) and when I put in a service request, I got a response saying it would get fixed "sometime during the day". It was 50 Deg F in the apartment. Do not move into these apartments. You'd rather drive an extra 10-15 mins a day and live in what you can call a "home".
Have lived here for over a year now. Great place. Very friendly office staff, quick and prompt maintenance team, great and convenient location. Good community and neighbors.
Very clean building. Management friendly and helpful. Apartment size and flooor plans are hands down the best in the area. I've lived here for past 1 years and never had a bad experience.Maintenance people are awesome.Weekly basis they clean carpet,swimming pool is cleaned every day.In case of emergency maintenance guys are helping us immediately.During winter snow are cleaned for each 1 hours.In personal is apartment is lucky for me...blessed with baby ????...I recommend this apartment
They have very poor customer service; they charge a fee of 200 USD as non-refundable Preparation-fee, and yet don't prepare the apartment before move-in. In effect, what they really do is just steal the applicant's money. Their apartments are very old, and the management like to attribute the problems and issues to the old age of the property. They say, "you can't expect a 30-year old property to be perfect". Their lease contract has lots of charges, and fines, and negative surprises which they don't reveal up-front. If you have no other choice, then go for this apartment, but request for a sample lease contract before you apply. That request will most likely be denied at the Green. You may not even want to waste your application fee and preparation fee after you read the sample lease contract. I wouldn't recommend this place to any one.
Management staff is horrible and they does not care once you sing lease,They are too much polite before you become resident here .They will never show you a house before signing a lease because all the utilities ,carpet are old . Stay away from this horrible place, They will charge a huge amount even for the things that you never did or not aware. I had a worst experience living here so I will not recommend to live here ! BEWARE AND DO NOT FALL INTO TRAP
Once you sign a lease you won't get keys on time, but you will charged on that day. Cheap management you can ever see on earth
BEWARE! Make sure you see your unit before move in and signing a lease!!! Office staff is very friendly and deceivingly nice when leasing and completely unhelpful after you move in. Be very careful when they say "updated unit". We were shown and promised a home that looked nothing like what was received but of course we were not allowed to view the apartment before move-in. Pet friendly units are absolutely disgusting and not maintained at all. We got a pet-friendly unit in case we got a dog and never actually did. Ended up being charged $700 for new carpet for PET STAINS! Ridiculous
First of all, the Staff are always RUDE After that, if somethink is not working they came to fix ,but they did a very very bad work,so i went again and they came to fix,and again they did not fix the problem,,,i am just tired all the time to go to the office ..at the end they just do not care....

I moved into The Green at Chevy Chase about three months ago. I have been very happy with my apartment and the location of my apartment. I had a problem in my apartment and the maintenance guy was there the same day to fix it. I live very close to the pool and think they are always clean. The office has great events for the residents. I would recommend this place to anybody.
its a pretty decent apartment complex. It's made up of many buildings in a larger grouping. It feels like a series of condos rather than apartments. I would say the buildings and overall feel is average. The staff and maintenance are friendly, responsive and caring about each resident. I have lived here over a year and just transferred to a different apartment in order to get a washer/dryer. Good amenities, such as pools, tennis courts, and a volleyball court. All in very good condition.
I've lived in this complex for a few year and for the most part it's a nice place to live. The staff try their best to hold community gatherings frequently to help the neighbors get to know each other, the grounds around the complex are nice (great walking trails and scenery). My only and biggest complaint is the keep up of the common areas. The carpets are stained and in someplaces unraveling all together. The walls are stained and in some buildings cracked and in need of repair and a lot of the windows have seen better days. I should let it be known that I've lived in 3 different buildings so this is how I know the common areas issue is vast throughout the complex. They market themselves as a "luxury" complex (with prices that match the luxury title) so I feel in keeping with that they should make a conscious effort to fix up these areas.
