Property Ratings at The Green Lodge
Management refuses to put up security cameras after multiple thefts/break-ins/missing entrance keys. Also, brace yourself for $200 monthly rent increases. Avoid!
This building is perfectly situated between Midtown Crossing, the trendy Blackstone District, and downtown Omaha. Free concerts, hip bars, summer festivities, and multiple parks are all within a short walk of the building. The apartment building was built in the 1930's and was renovated by Urban Village Development fairly recently. They keep the building well maintained and respond promptly to any maintenance requests. We love our little apartment, with beautiful hardwood floors, mint tile bathroom, and arched doorways. The downside is that the neighborhood tends to draw some sketchy characters and noisy traffic. Additionally, renters can smoke in the building and have pets, which can lead to some interesting smells as well. But overall, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy home in a trendy district!
The building was built in the 1930's and has a lot of charm. The management for the building is always available and follows up quickly. I've often put in a request in the morning and come home on my lunch break to find it has be take care of. 4 Large closets, private courtyard, allows small pets and secure access. Just renewed my lease. Great apartment to call home.
