During covid management went down hill. Now Management is wonderful and very attentive to our needs. The Greene is coming back!!!
I lived there for 2 years and experienced a steep decline in management. The noise levels were terrible and routine maintenance was chronically neglected.
I have lived here for months, and it is nice place to live in the Greene mall. However, the management is the worst I never had before. First, they do not fix anything to maintain the apartment. For example, the door button to open it automatically to the main building where the resident office is has been broken for more than a year but it is still not fixed. It look that they do not intend to fix it at all. Second, the office people tell the residents to use the website if we have any questions or issues. The resident website provides their contact email address for the residents. However, they do NOT respond at all even if you send email more than once. Overall, if you want to live an recently built apartment in a shopping mall with a high monthly payment to live and do not care about how worst the management is, I recommend the Greene apartment. But, when you need any help or question to the apartment management, do not think about getting anything from them.
I'm not sure where to start, I applied for the apartment 2 months before moving and Sonia told me that the apartment is mine and reserved for me I asked for a lease and they kept on delaying it. After a month I go to the office to check on what's going on turns out they have gave the apartment to someone else. Then she (Sonia) said she will have an apartment on the 27th ready and she can't write the lease until August. August comes and there is no one calling or saying anything, just to mention I call and go there almost everyday and no one is there or answers. Moreover, I call one day and luckily someone that is covering answers and tells me that the apartment that was supposed to be mine on the 27th is also have been given to anothet customer. This is so unprofessional and leaves me in a miserable place if I could give a no star I would have done that. In addition, I ask for corporate number and they also don't answer. What a shame a great looking place with one of the worst management!
Do not live here. We moved out and received our full deposit back at move out. 8 months after move out, yes 8 MONTHS AFTER MOVE OUT we get a bill. No phone call, no email, no letter prior to 8 months...all info was correct and up to date. We agree to terms and pay the agreed amount...AND THEY STILL SENT THE BILL TO COLLECTIONS. Worst experience ever. Don’t live here.
I've lived at many places this is by far the worst. In particular the management staff. Not helpful once so ever. Outside the convenience of location I'd be careful signing a lease here.
