Overall great experience despitesometimes the household appliances went down.
They claim to have a 24-7 concierge however the concierge cannot open the door for you during off-hours if you get locked out. Why would I need such a concierge at all?
Great leasing experts at The Greenhouse. My 2 roommates and I were really pleased with the quick turnaround of our leasing contract. Kim from the leasing office was really great in helping us and out and making sure we had everything we needed!
Due to the impact of COVID-19, my friend and I conducted Greenhouse rental application online. We had a very pleasant conversation with the rental consultant Kim, and we look forward to living in Greenhouse.
Me and my girlfriend had just finished our Greenhouse rental application completely online this spring due to the COVID. To me it was a brand new experience renting an apartment only by email and website, but our agent Kim was always very helpful and patient, answered all the questions we have, provided us all the information we need, and made our rental process very smooth and easy. When we finally moved in, we saw the unit Kim recommenced us was fairly clean and in a great shape. The other staffs from garage/front desk/maintenance are very very friendly and helpful. We are very happy with our experience at Greenhouse. Absolutely recommend!
This building is both located in one of the best locations in Boston and extremely well kept. The building is right across the street from the Prudential Center and walking distance to numerous other Boston attractions such as Newbury Street, Boston Common and Fenway Park. In addition, the area is safe and I feel comfortable walking around at all hours (something that I can't say for other areas that I had been looking at). The inside of the building is also spectacular, with a person at the concierge desk 24/7, in case you had any doubts about security. Also, the concierge and leasing office people are always willing to help, no matter how small the issue is. When I moved in, the room was beautiful and cleaned extremely well. Lastly, the amenities which include a gym and rooftop pool make you feel like you are living at a 5 star hotel in one of the busiest neighborhoods in the New England. Overall, if you can reserve a spot in this building, I would highly highly recommend it.
This place is a joke, a disgrace. I was told the exterminator was supposed to come here. No signs there was one ever here. This is unacceptable! Not even a mouse trap for an attempt to solve this issue. It’s been 6 days with us and my dog living with at least one mouse. When I reported this issue 6 days ago I was given an attitude by the concierge. I will now being calling a 24hour exterminator and let’s see if Greenhouse will reimburse me. Correction, i called and they actually won’t come out because I live in an apartment building. If my dog ends or I end up sick because of this I will be getting an attorney.
As long as my family ?? can have a nice place to call home and lay there heads @ night and call it HOME , A SAFE HOME,instead of crying them selves to sleep ?? .we would be very happy FAMILY AGAIN.a real home
