Property Ratings at The Greens at Coffee Creek
This place is absolutely terrible. Would not recommend to anyone but my worst enemy, in fact I wouldn’t even recommend to my worst enemy. It is that bad. Front management DOES NOT care about tenants. Neighbors are always STOMPING & being disrespectful at 4:30 in the morning. The air ventilation is atrocious, mold is constantly coming back after being sprayed, nobody is willing to check for the SOURCE of the problem which is located in the vents. My family and I have lived here for almost 3 years and by far is the worst place to rent. LITERALLY GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!
I still live here; however, I feel I need to leave a review as soon as possible. The office and my apartment is infested with brown recluse spiders. I have them spray and I also spray almost once a week but they still appear. This month I have seen three. The apartment sprays but it isn’t sufficient. I would not move in here. You will have the same thing and you can’t get out of the lease early.
I moved in July of this year (2019) and have loved it! They called a month early with an apartment ready since I was the first on the waitlist. Maintenance is amazing, they come out quickly even after hours, my air went out after shortly moving in and the offices were closed and I called the emergency maintenance line because my apartment was 80 degrees in the middle of July. They had someone out within minutes and it was fixed in less than an hour! They are so helpful and are great at keeping the ground clean. It’s a very peaceful place to live! I highly recommend’
My partner and I were highly interested in this apartment complex. We were told there was a unit available for August, so we applied for an application. After that, we were told our applications were good and there was actually a waitlist for August, but there were only a FEW people ahead of us. We said that was okay and paid the deposit. We came to find out there was WAY more than just a “few” on that waitlist. We were mislead on this information and are now out the money from the application and the deposit because we are (I’m not going to say the exact number) but we’re not even #10, we’re way past that. This was an easy way for the company to snag our money after misleading us and telling us we were able to get a place in August, then said well there was a few people before us. then come find out there is absolutely no way we’re getting a place anytime soon. Very poor management and very rude to mislead people like this.
My friend and I are apartment shopping and we got recommended these apartments by a friend! They are the BEST ones we've seen yet!!!! The employees are really nice and super helpful and are completely honest from the start and also gave us a few minutes to talk and gave us space and wasn't trying to talk us into anything!! Very specious yet very all together! the outside and inside was incredibly clean!! Cut grass, beautiful flowers, I mean the most beautiful apartment I've seen!! this is the ONE for us!!

I have lived here since June 2015 and I love it. I have a 700 sq ft 1 bedroom for only $655 per month. Comes with great appliances, including a washer and dryer and the floor plan is very spacious and the bathroom is a decent size. AC/heating system works great, electricity is about $75-$100 per month, and water is about $18. Very peaceful and the grounds are well maintained. Very quick responses on maintenance orders. I plan on living here for a long time.
Make sure you check EVERY SINGLE THING on your checklist at move in. We are in our first month & dealt with a dirty unit (appliances, fixtures, cabinets, air vents, etc) , brown recluse invasions, poor grounds upkeep (cigarette butts, trash in the stair wells)& "snobby" staff. Once the lease was signed, we were no longer a priority. We are having to pay for air duct professionals to come clean them out because maintenance will not do it & we are getting sick from the dust that is being blown throughout the unit. The ceilings are too high to reach & clean them ourselves. Our gate key won't work & I get home from work after the office closes. When I take it to get it fixed on the weekend, I am told I have to bring it in during the week. I have to park by the mailboxes every night I get home at 9PM because there is no parking near the building we live in. The units are large with plenty of storage space. Large windows. Sorry I can't be more positive, but this has been a poor experience thus far & of course, we are held hostage by the lease agreement for the next 11 months.
We have lived in these apartments for almost 2 years and absolutely LOVE them. They are the most affordable apartments we've found here in Edmond and some of the nicest also. I would HIGHLY recommend checking them out, there is usually a little bit of a wait list depending on the time of year but they are for sure worth checking out!!!!
We have lived here 2 years and absolute love it. Quiet and not a lot of parties. Maintenance is awesome and management is great! I recommend this to anybody! Nice new apartments for the cheapest rent you can find in Edmond. That's why this place will stay in business, they do their job well, don't raise rent, and keep things affordable!
