The Greens at Derby I/II

The place was nice for a year until our disrespectful neighbors moved in. Complained about multiple people living there and violating the lease agreement, loud noises, and just letting their dogs poop everywhere. Management only addressed it a few times but now don't care. Wouldn't recommend when they don't take matters seriously concerning safety and your peace of mind because that is what you pay for. Will likely move soon, look elsewhere.

These apartments are pretty cheap and you def get what you pay for. Management is terrible, apartments are dirty, and the walls are paper thin. Police are called every weekend. Parking isn't bad though. I would suggest any other apartments.

The maintenance staff responded promptly ... The manager was polite ... there’s a pool, hot tub, tanning bed, work out room with equipment, business center ... the apartment is HUGE with extra storage room in the big closets. They hosted a Christmas Party and we actually won;). Our neighbors are amazing... the community truly seems to care and invest in getting to know each other. I can’t say enough positive points to this gated apartment community. We did frequently have issues with ants due to flooding rains ... and the management quickly addressed these issues. They leave a note giving heads up on EVERYTHING that’s going on from Maintenance needing to enter... to inspection notification... as well as routine pest control to prevent a potential issue. The portal allows you to pay rent online and see the newsletter of anything going on. GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME!!! It was slightly out of my budget... AND DEFINITELY worth EVERY penny;)

The gated apartment was good size. The walls are not too thin or we had great neighbors . They took care of the yard, pool, hot tub & maintenance was on call to fix or replace if anything should go wrong. We had use of the tanning beds,game room,gym and not only to our apt but, the other property's they own .if you like to golf, no green fees the staff are wonderful, they always remembered us.what more could anyone ask for they have it all ! The only thing that was not perfect was parking buy, easily overlooked . Thank to the staff for such a good experience.

I've lived here for almost 2 years. Recently like within the last 6 months. The company changed ownership and they do not salt the sidewalks. They would much rather encourage lawsuit for people getting hurt then taking care of their residents who pay an exorbitant amount of rent to live here if you are thinking of living at The Greens at Derby change your mind

I'd probably give them a 5, but they're landscaping and grounds keeping is week. They have yet to groom up the bed around the buildings and they're overgrown badly. It's even an embarrassment to invite guests over!

Not worth the money, and they show off their big club house saying you can rent it out and have get togethers there but you are forced to stay in one tiny room with nothing to do and must drop a deposit of 200$.

Maintenance responds quickly, neighbors are kind and make a point to say hello, very quiet overall and the grounds are kept clean.

Do not live here. There is no quality control and every excuse will be made in attempt to negate responsibility. The cleaning fee you pay is an absolute joke as we moved in with dirt under and on top of most surfaces. We were welcomed by broken tile and worn carpet which is missing carpet padding is some places. Their maintenance men are untrained and leave a mess every time they leave. The most common excuse for any problem is wear and tear and you will never get an honest word out of the manager. Water came into our apartment on the first night and every time it rained there after and when we complained about the water damage in the dry wall the manager told me she doesn't replace it just lets it dry out. Just the worst experience I have ever had and never Has anyone apologized for the living conditions we've been subjected too. All you get are back handed comments and fishing for anything they can use against you so they can change the subject from them to you. As I'm sure this review will be used against me rather then a good opportunity to do right. DONT LIVE HERE.

Good apartment complex in a great location. The maintenance staff responds in a timely manner. I have not had any problems living here.

Our apartment is a great place to live. It is comfortable for the two of us. This complex is very well maintained and we are notified when they will be entering the apartment and after they have been here a noticed is left. It is quiet and we love it!

Great location, on a Beautiful golf course with tons of stuff nearby(Starbucks, Target, PetCo, Dillons, etc.). Gated community to keep your mind at ease. Nice pool and clubhouse with pingpong tables, pool tables, Great gym, and very helpful management. Apartments are very clean and well maintained. I really recommend looking into these apartments. You also get a discount on using the golf course for those of you who like golfing.

When I was looking for an apartment in Wichita, I kept hitting the ball in the rough. I couldn't find an affordable, safe option until I finally had a stroke of luck! I hit the ball right onto the Greens at Derby. This place is everything you'd imagine in a golfing community. Its grounds are well kept and beautiful, the neighborhood is peaceful, and the apartments are in excellent condition. Plus, I have all the amenities I've been looking for that I couldn't find in Wichita in my price range, including a full washer and drying in my apartment unit. The Greens at Derby is about providing a hole in one atmosphere, which they achieve with their pool, hot tub, sauna, free tanning, and excellent workout facility. I'd highly recommend it if you're tired of being over par and ready to make a change to hit the greens every time!
