Please, please retrain your staff. I'd rather be told "I don't know" than be told a lie that costs me money that I had not budgeted for. Please train your maintenance staff to actually fix things before closing tickets blindly. Please provide accurate costs, both on move-in and move-out. Please stop lying to your tenants. To the public, I'd suggest that you look elsewhere for housing until management steps up their game. If you don't, I can guarantee that you will be lied to, you will be swindled out of your money, and you will get a pretty crummy apartment for an absurdly high rate. You can do better, and so can they
After living at the Greens in Moore before I felt that I knew my experience there would be the same here. It’s not. Once you move in you realize the management team and the property owners, Lindsey Management is all about quantity and not quality. I live in the brand new units and it’s by far the loudest apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Since living here beginning September 1, I’ve had to call the security at least 7 times and police twice. There is no sound dampening between floors and the windows have no dampening whatsoever. I was told living facing Kelly would be quieter. That was far from the truth. It’s super loud and you hear every car passing by. I personally would steer clear of this complex and try someone else - many other complexes with better amenities and about the same price if not better. Thank goodness I signed the smallest lease available since I’ve already decided to move out once it’s up.
Let me start by saying if i could give this place zero stars i would... but thats not an option. Also notice that all the reviews on this place are bad. Not one 5 star review. This place is the biggest mistake I have ever made, as far as a living situation goes. Management does not care about your well being or safety. They tell you lies to make you want to live there like, "this is a safe gated community." They failed to mention they never close the gates or have security... until recently when 55 cars were broken into... now we have security LOL. Little too late. The parking is the worst parking situation I have ever dealt with in my entire life. It is easier to find a parking spot in downtown Dallas at a cowboys game than where I live. Thats how bad the parking situation is. Every day that I get home after 9pm I literally park a half mile away from my building and walk home. It takes longer for me to walk from the parking spot to my apartment than it does for me to drive 2.2 miles home from work. DON'T FALL INTO THE TRAP OF LIVING HERE! IT IS A HUGE MISTAKE.
I feel like I've been through it all when it comes to AWFUL apartment experiences.. Major rodent issues (mice were literally eating all our food and leaving holes in clothes that were ever left on the ground), flooding, appliances constantly breaking, being robbed, mentally unstable/threatening roommates - you name it. However, I have NEVER had a single issue with this apartment complex after living here for 1.5 years. The staff are always incredibly friendly, I never have any issues with noisy neighbors, I never feel unsafe within the complex, they have a decent gym and pool area, everything is always kept very clean, the ONLY time I've had an issue with anything was one time when my AC went out which was fixed literally within an hour after submitting my maintenance request form. This has honestly been the smoothest, best living experience I've had since I started living in apartments 7 years ago, and I definitely won't be living anywhere else unless I move out of the state!
This place has been an atrocity since the week we moved in. We have been here a total of 2 months. Staff harassed us about not being residents when we used the pool (after just speaking to them on the phone an hour earlier about what is required to swim). Our downstairs neighbor has been hitting the ceiling with a broomhandle since our first day here. I'm talking about everyday tasks (showering, walking and sometimes just laying in bed at 4am). Every single day just taking a shower she might hit the ceiling 10-12 times. They have started to complain on us in retaliation. We have talked to the front office well over a dozen times and even resorted to calling the police. The office manager is acting as if she doesn't believe us and has said "We never had issues with them until you guys moved in". Maintenance has even been out here and witnessed them hitting the ceiling when the shower is running, we even have recordings of it. The only solution the front office can give us is to transfer to a new apartment (sign a new lease, security deposit and fees). There is absolutely no way I would sign a new lease here. We are paying a ridiculous amount of money to not want to be home. Counting down the days for this lease to end. Absolutely DO NOT come here.
Make sure you understand the ending date of your lease. They end the lease on the 28th so you have to be out on that day. This is so they can get it ready for the next tenant and they don't lose any revenue. They don't consider the fact that you paid your rent for the whole month. If you move in early they charge you a prorated amount but they don't prorate your last month that you must get out early. All they say is that you signed the lease that says the 28th of the month. Lindsey Management doesn't care about their tenants. Just the money.
Wonderful location, not far from Oklahoma city or Edmond. You get the best of both worlds, big city life and small town family life. The apartments, feature a beautiful gated community filled with its own golf course, tanning beds, business center, workout room, and pool. Plus so much more. The staff is fantastic and always willing to help.
I love living at The Greens! Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, I enjoy quiet evenings on my patio. A modern and relaxing layout with tall ceilings, an open kitchen and awesome closet space is just what I wanted. Moving was simple especially since The Greens provides a washer and dryer in each apartment! What a relief! The clubhouse amenities feel like a high-end hotel...quality gym equipment, tanning beds, swimming pool, business center and helpful staff! With Broadway Extension and Kilpatrick Turnpike less than 5 minutes away, I can get anywhere in the metro quickly. If you want a place to rest and relax after a hard day's work, you deserve an apartment at The Greens!
New apartments located in a GREAT location in NE Oklahoma City. Very economical. Great amenities including gym with 24 hour access, large pool. The grounds are very well maintained. Large kitchens with lots of cabinet space and with a modern look. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend the Greens to anyone!
