Property Ratings at The Greens at Old St. Augustine
Nothing works in the apartment and or actual building. Had huge leak where it ruined my furniture. Moved in w holes and water buckets in wall. Plumbing not to code and threatened w eviction if I don't pay the next month but only the 29th of month before.
Absolutely horrible and filthy apartment complex. Dumpsters always overflowed. Leaks in apartment that don't get fixed. Do not even think about living at this place!
Don’t stay here apartments are out dated so is maintenance not worth the price of rent at all always something weird going on with charges on ur account an management never has a solution or knows anything
I wouldn't recommend living here. You deal with mold and bugs on the walls. Maintenance takes forever to come. The front office doesn't care about you as a whole. You pay so much for a crappy apartment. Don't let the pictures fool you. Don't waste your money trying to live here.
From day one I have had issues with my apartment.when I moved in,it looked like the last tenants had just moved out and no one cleaned it I didn’t complained I cleaned it myself.as i wait for my bed to get delivered I was bitten by fleas.come to find out the last tenants had a pet dog.as we vacuumed there was tons of dog hair been vacuum up I ask for someone to have eco lab come spray my apartment weeks later they finally showed up.nothing on the check list was fixed,my fire alarm is still sitting on the counter till this day,the black mold growing on my a/c vent has gotten worse over the months! After working a 8-10 hour shift we want to come home and relax but we can’t with no electricity to cook or constantly thinking about our health and breathing in the black mold on the a/c vents.having no electricity breathing mold and fleas should be a high priority and should be dealt with immediately but I don’t think the property manager is aware of that when we go to the office we are told to fill out the work order online which we do but some reason they always get closed and nothing is getting fixed.I went to the office to let them know I will be a few days late on my rent and when I was told my balance it was incorrect.another tenants money order was on my account I explained to them that I owed them more than that and eventually they fix the error if I wouldn’t have caught that mistake there would have been a big mix up.that’s why it’s very important to be ORGANIZED from that day forward I always got copy’s of my payments.the managers need to be trained or replaced with more qualified employees who is dedicated to there job.and not just showing up for a check.being in the hotel industry for 5 years I know what’s right and what is wrong and this is unacceptable what I’m experiencing.no one should be living in these conditions, not to mention the huge rat hole that is taped up at the bottom of my cabinets.this property has so much potential because of its location and the beautiful view of Hilaman golf course but the poor management skills has to get better this place deserves so much more Christian is always nice and accommodating.the reviews do not lie I wish I would have taken them into consideration before moving into this place I’m highly disappointed
There is a Rat infestation in Bldg F. Management haven’t done anything to fix the problem.
I caught 6 rats in 3 days. Went to the office and the manager states that corporate doesn’t want to pay for it. Suggesting only to provide traps. I can’t cook in my kitchen and I’m so uncomfortable. I provided pictures and videos and still nothing
the worst. they take forever to fix things. they keep raise the rent. when they do fix something they do it halfway or the worst way.
When we moved in the apartment was dirty and smelled even though they claimed that the apartment was cleaned prior to our arrival. The office is horribly unorganized and no one seems to know what is going on. It took them 3 weeks to get a mailbox key and we went 5 MONTHS without a microwave because it “needed a little more time.” We were told the pet fee was $200 upon move in. When we went to pay it, one person claimed it was $250, another said $300, and another flat out said they don’t know. The complex itself is LOUD. Want a nice morning on the patio with a book? NOPE. Someone will be fighting or blasting music in the parking lot. For some reason the other tenets are unable to figure out how to throw their trash in the dumpster. All trash is left next to the dumpster or on doorsteps where it then gets eaten by animals and spread about the complex and it stinks, constantly. This place is definitely not worth the time or the headache you will get by dealing with your noisy/dirty/rude neighbors and the incompetent leasing office.
When I first moved in. The apartment was dirty and They said they cleaned it and did their own walk through. There were dead bugs and had a horrible smell. They never changed the air filter. They never fixed things when you ask them to. They will say they fixed it. But they don't. If they even try to fix. They do the worst and most unprofessional manner. I have to complain until it gets fixed. You have to buy your own filter and light bulbs if you want it replaced. When it's suppose to be their job to replace it. I would move but I can't afford it.
I have lived here for almost 4 years with a different manager every 6months .Discrepancies include sending a pest control person to my apartment with a key, when I was not notified and come to find out he had the wrong appartment, my lease was just completed for this year in June, (was supposed to be completed months ago).Trash is always a problem..Two dumpsters always full, and just disgusting. Now received a message today July 31st,stated I had 4 days to complete my lease for Nov2020 -Oct 2021..Today is the 31st of July and they're asking for all documentation..Not too many offices open on Saturday or Sunday ,.When asked for corporates number , the said they do not have one..I told the representative, I will be able to have all my documents probably within 2weeks..I just do not appreciate their unprofessional approach. I enjoy and love the love location but I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex .thank you .
This by far the worst place in Tallahassee!! The office manager is rude & very unprofessional The maintenance is just as worse & lazy all they do is ride around on their golf carts & hide in their shed!! You literally have to put in the same work out 3 times & go to office in order for them to fix anything!!! And you can for get about trying to get in Contact with corporate they refused me on several different occasion when I asked for it!!! The amenities are in no working conditions the pool is disgusting year round & the gym (What gym!!) it’s a empty rooms they will tell you either it’s being remodeled or that their equipment got stolen I’m not sure which lie is true!! All I know is I stayed here a year & never got to use the gym at all was afraid to even put a pinky toe in the pool ! DONT WASTE YOU TIME or YOU MONEY!!!
I've been here over 8 years , I be seen the good and the bad. But the last few years these Apartment have really started to fall apart . I've had a lot of water flowing through my Apartment, a lot of mold & mildew in both my closets water in the master closet and bathroom had to throw out some of my things. I have pictures !! The AC doesn't work great. They still haven't replace all the floor in the master bathroom or laundry room. I need to move but can't afford to . I do like the staff here it's not their Building .

I have been living here for 14 years. When I first moved in the management team was not very friendly or cooperative. I had issues with air conditioning and loud tenants blaring music in the parking lot and other apartments. Nothing much was done about this for 2 years. They then got a new management team and things began to change. The new team addressed problems and welcomed suggestions. They take care of problems quickly and efficiently. The only problem that remains is with the lawn service company they use. They will blow debris off the parking lot and onto residents vehicles. This has not changed and I believe it never will. Otherwise it is a good place to live.
