maintenance let's their self in without no notice and without announcing who they are
13 maintenance request in one month, majority of them not fixed even though they say they are completed. Professionally sprayed 3 times, along with my own spraying daily
From the application process to moving in was very professional and streamlined. Absolutely a great experience and Jordan, my leasing agent was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I love my apt and I would highly recommend The Greens in Owasso.
I have lived in my apartment for 4 years. Overall the property is very well maintained and is convenient to my work and my son's school. The only problem at the current time is the general managers. They have a tendency to treat the tenants as second class citizens. Disrespect is the norm from these married managers. The layouts of the apartments are very well thought out with plenty of storage and all appliances included . The pricing is in line with local costs, I would rate these apartments as a good value.
