I lived here when the complex was still a Renew property. (Apparently, this property in particular changes hands quite frequently.) Hopefully things have changed, but my experience was horrific. My unit was completely infested with roaches. Every time I contacted management, they had another "solution" to provide (that ultimately did nothing - usually just someone who sprayed inside and outside of my unit, as I was already doing), instead of just letting me break my lease. They would ask me to clear out my kitchen - cabinets, pantry, fridge, everything - so someone with a pest control service could come spray a more intensive chemical treatment. I would pack up myself and my cat and leave for the weekend, as was required of me, only to return and find the service had not been completed. This happened multiple times, and the same situation occurred three separate times when trying to get my bathtub refinished, as it was not done when I moved in. I had black mold on my bathroom ceiling, mismatching patches of carpet in my bedroom, crooked drawers and countertops in my kitchen, poor water pressure in the shower... I try not to leave negative reviews, but these units aren't necessarily cheap, and I'd hate for someone to be taken advantage of the way I was (this was my first apartment, so I truly didn't know any better). Your unit will not look like the one that you tour. Management will not work with you, even with proven evidence of a pest infestation. Unless it is your absolute last resort, I seriously recommend looking elsewhere.
I have stayed here for approx 2 years now and I have been impressed with the response of Maintenance team whenever there are any work orders. The leasing team is very good communication wise. Overall, a nice and simple place to stay in PTC.

The new management company has really done a great job of diving in and taking care of a lot of updates around here! They did a massive landscaping overhaul, painted the mailbox houses, updated the office and business center, are installing a covered golf cart charging station, replacing all of the toilets/shower heads, and replacing all of the chairs, loungers, and tables in the pool area.

This property is profit over people 100 and 10% . Property and apartments are bandaged any fixes. Multiple follow-ups to get things fixed or anything. Its an act of Congress to get them to do anything around here. BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! Apartments are only good if you never need them to not fix any thing or take responsibility for anything.

Buyer beware! It’s the cheapest in the area for a reason. As a severely disappointed resident , I trust nothing related to this brand. I’d advise everyone to save yourself the heartache and avoid any site with the ReNew name.

This place is outdated and full of roaches and old fixtures in the tub as well as hot water tanks that are extra old. The only decent place in the house is in the kitchen. Rude and unprofessional workers in the office that don’t know what’s going on. Please stay clear of this place and just pay a little extra for a nicer place to stay.
Everything that glitter ain’t gold .....Living here was a nightmare...mold infested apartments ..I called them to fix it they told me it wasn’t mold and painted over it ...things got so bad mold started growing on my couch even on my clothes I had to throw it all away ...and this is all with in the first few months of me moving in ..matienance here are clueless and slow your better off fixing it yourself ...after months of suffering and my wife getting sick from the headache breathing in the mold ...I demanded they let me out my lease and moved out
Been here 9 months they’ve changed management from my understanding twice. New manager a bust. I’ve been told that if you don’t remind them after a work orders been submitted and they don’t respond then basically you just missed out. Have list of items that were submitted at move in still not done. Apartment was clearly not ready to be rented at my move in because it was a line of roaches in several rooms. Roach infestation, 1st manager was good about getting exterminator out but have not seen a exterminator since new management. I guess I have to ask for that too ( thought pest control was routine maintenance) apartments ARE NOT all updated that’s false advertisement because mine has horrible old cabinets and constant water leaks which is probably why I can’t get rid of roaches. They have a trash pickup service that they automatically charge $30 something for but I never use it because I can’t let garbage sit on my porch until some old man decides to pick it up, remember I have roaches so that’s $30 plus dollars wasted every month but I don’t have the option to opt out. Old family dollar type blinds. I’ve never laid eyes on wood blinds maybe those are only for a certain section of the complex. Just overall not a good deal for the amount of money they’re charging and definitely not good enough for Peachtree City. Moving as soon as lease is up!
Lived here going on 5yrs. They just started renovating last yr 2016, at the end of last year. Yes they look awesome but they don't totally renovate everything & stuff is still old. They can move you in to quickly. It's not that bad of a place to live, I've stayed, kinda out of had too. But it's definitely not worth what they're trying to get you to pay in rent. What they have now is stretching it. Few weeks after Moved in paint started to peel off wall, my guest bathroom toilet is close to the counter only a 5yr old can sit down to do their business, the bathroom shower is starting to peel. The air conditioners alone are old which is fine but how about you make sure we are not sucking in some mold, we're not but they're so dirty it looks as if you could be. They seem to try to be getting better. Maintance takes them forever to get you a filter or lightbulb for outside. Oh and back yard flooded was coming in sliding glass doors, they didn't care, it ruined their nice new floors, we had to go buy our own sand bags & they came after 2 x dug a little ditch, finally our sand bags keep it from coming in & they still haven't fixed it & it's been 6mos or our yard. And we use to love to sit out back. I finally had a back patio to chill on. Not anymore. So I would recommend looking not just at the fancy set up apt they have & really going into the neighborhood and maybe even talking to some renters.
