The best apartment I have right now. Everything is good and if anything are damaged or need fixing something the maintenance working fast. And also the neighborhood is so quiet and I love that.
I think it is a good starting place to live and raise young kids if you can’t afford a townhome. Be warned that the appliances are going to break often and they never tell you when maintenance will arrive at your home. Also walls are super thin and they don’t take action when you put in a noise complaint.

The same things that attracted me to this location have remained just as attractive. a this location is elevated enough to allay flooding. Isolated enough to reduce noise and other disturbances. The maintenance staff here is also first rate.

We love many things about Greens at Westgate including the beautiful amenities! The trails out back are our favorite and we walk it every season. Very quiet area, and the maintenance is quick to respond when putting an order in place. Also the upkeep of the complex is outstanding. Would recommend anyone.

The neighborhood is quiet and there is not a lot of traffic in and out. It’s a nice area to be able to sit outside on the porch and relax. 5/5 The apartments themselves are very nice, a decent size, nothing too extravagant. garbage disposal included and washer and dryer. 5/5 However, getting ahold of someone in the office is almost impossible. Getting answers and getting help takes so long. 2.5/5 rating in that department. The area around is also nice, a lot of shopping within 5-15 minutes from the apartments!!

The place was clean when we moved in, some of our maintenance requests were not fulfilled before we moved in and haven’t been fixed for a while. The neighbors are nice and friendly. Good community. People leaving dog poop everywhere outside though, no one picks up after themselves.

The amenities are great, the land is beautiful but the apartments themselves can be a nightmare if your neighbor smokes inside. Maintenance is the best we’ve ever had and we are so excited for the pool. It would be awesome if the pool had a select few hours a week for adults only.

It's really clean and moving in is not a hassle. Houses are cozy, have a lot of room to decorate, big bedrooms and living room and every house has a patio.

This place is horrible and not worth the outrageous rent. People let theirs dogs off leash and don’t pick up the poop. Neighbors are extremely loud and rude. The leasing office does not offer much help in that matter so you have to call the cops multiple times and still nothing gets resolved.

I haven’t met any neighbors yet but it is very quiet and calm in the neighborhood. So far it is going great ! I have no problems in the home and there is plenty of parking !

very friendly staff and open community. Small things need looked at, but overall am happy with my experience! being on the bottom floor does come with some noise from above but hey it’s nothing unbearable.

Location is perfect, only good thing about living here. Apartments are very outdated and drafts from heat and cold will raise your electric bill. No one in the apartment complex picks up after their dog, nothing is done about it besides an email asking them to pick up after their pets. Walls/ceilings are extremely thin and outdated. You will hear everything your neighbors do especially if you live on first floor. Maintenance crew is incompetent and will need multiple stops for simple fixes that you could do yourself but not worth the costs. DO NOT LIVE HERE

Great place to live. Quit and safe. Brittany is so sweet and helpful.. so much to do here 24-hour workout center you can rent bikes there's a playground for the kids there's a dog park around the corner there's a place you can walk for the exercise in the back safe and secure all around great place to live.

Super perfect, I would choose it a million times, what we are looking for so much in the area we get here, good location, everything is close and above all, everything is very quiet
This is not a well kept community and people don’t clean up after their dogs and let their trash on the ground. People don’t leash their dogs and you have to be careful you don’t get attacked. People don’t respect parking spots and let their cars sit for months without ever moving it. The leasing office does a lousy job of enforcing the lease. The rent isn’t bad until you have to pay for amenity fees and utilities. It’s very pricey and not worth it.

First week, overall not too bad, but a few issues. There was a water leak in the upstairs apartment that came through our ceiling. Maintenance came in a few hours to stop the leak, but the ceiling needs to repaired. There was a god amount of dog waste on the lawn around our apartment that made moving in like walking through a minefield. There is a small field and playground that kids use that also is littered with dog waste. Management sent an email reminding renters to pickup after their dogs. And the washer sounds like a giant drum, which has a pending work order. But, the neighbors and employees seem nice and the place is generally quiet so 4 out of 5 stars.

I’ve enjoyed my time here, the complex is clean and everyone seems nice and friendly. The staff has always been helpful and courteous. I’d definitely recommend to others.

For us just moving in on the 1st, management here is extremely awesome and nice! They came and fixed what wasn’t working and broken and was extremely polite about it. The apartment alone and the development is perfect to us we couldn’t ask for a better home!!
