I’ve lived in the community for almost a year and in that year it’s been a pleasure being a resident. The community staff is always pleasant and helpful, the common areas are clean and I feel generally safe living here. If I move it will only be for reasons of wanting more space/buying a house.

I have been a resident at the Gregory for almost two years. I like that it is a gated community. Also, it is a smaller complex compared to many other apartment communities. It provides many amenities; such as, single and double car garages, a pool with lap lanes, game room facility, and workout room both indoor and outdoor. The layout of the community is nice as well; it is basically a loop. Great for outside walks for you and your pets. Finally, it is a pet friendly community which is important to me.
