Property Ratings at The Griot Apartments
This place was disgusting. Trash in the halllways, throw up in the hallways, dog poop everywhere, cigarette buds, tobacco shavings in the elevator, random grocery carts throughout complex, people were constantly stealing packages and nothing is repaired UNLESS there was an inspection coming up. The door was always left opened, there were homeless people letting themselves in and sleeping in the hallways. Please save and find somewhere else to lay your head at night.
1. Parking lot is unsecure with no barriers installed to prevent car theft or vandalism. Company hired a towing services which removed tenants vehicle due to poor communication from management at the tenants expense. No proactive measures to secure parking lot.
The location itself is very nice , lovey neighborhoods and spacious apartments. My review is based on the property manager , not sure of the women’s name . She’s very very rude and has a despicable attitude towards potential renters . I will be calling someone that is above her to get this sorted out . The interaction I’ve had with her was disgusting and she needs to be removed IMMEDIATELY!!
