It's an excellent and great experience since Allan and Vianka do a great job by assisting to whatever need they have and besides this, their approach is the best! I've never experienced something like this, so I appreciate the team you have, give them a raise!! The facilities team is awesome too

Poor management, bed bugs, trashy hallways & laundry rooms building deter

Place is disgusting!! Roach/ bed bugs infestation! Poor management that doesn’t care about representing their work environment because they probably live in FILTH at their own house. All management team Smells like bad odor like NONE of them like taking showers. Maintenance people steal otems out your apartment.. and they all look like criminal so they you have it. Maintenance don’t even do they’re work.

Apartments are a mess to live and also very bad service of the office and neighbors are people who do not respect the rules and when you talk to the office about the bad things there, they only make excuses and do not fix anything the apartments are in bad condition. And they are also very dirty.

Throughout the many years being here...for the most part it has been accommodating. Maintenance has been pretty prompt. The neighborhood has had its ups and downs but overall I have felt fairly secure as a single woman. I will say that living in a apartment with a boiler system has definitely helped economically over the years also. I have referred a few people here which says something about this complex. I give it 4 stars.

If you are looking for a place to move, look elsewhere to start the manager of the place. She is a very rude woman. If you put a complaint, she never responds. The maintenance of the apartments is the worst. People pee in the rooms of the apartments. The washing machines never work. other people do not respect the dream of others come and whistle and whistle at any time of night and early morning regardless of whether it is a week day or weekend, the tenants drink until afternoons at night in the street and leave the embarrassments of beers in the street or under the cars even if you complain to the office they do not do anything to keep a check do not pass memos where they say not to beep they do not drink on the street or anything you can not complain about because the manager of the apartments comes out more angry that you have no right to claim even paying rent here is a very bad place to live but when you do the contract they offer you the moon and the stars and they treat you cuts the problem is already signed the obvious contract you have to endure until the contract expires is very bad service will not matter the rest if at least let sleep in peace if you could give them 0 stars.

As you see previously with other reviews nothing has change. The whole leasing office will lie to you with a smile on their face. Record everything, save receipts, and get everything in writing. Very sketchy employees.

To put it bluntly one star is way too high for this dump and I have been living here for way too long but as previous reviews refer to maintenance issues are never fully resolved and management is constantly in flux an not concerned with residents at all this is a turn and burn property.

Take heed and dont move here. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND RUDE MAINTENANCE. Uncontrollable pest.filthy exterior. Be prepared to have little to no heat , hot water and sanity

Any time spent as a resident at the Grove at Albany will be full of disgust. The management team here is not a team at all. They are inexperienced with the most simplest of tasks and clearly do not place value on the residents here. The parks and parking lots in the complex are always litter-ridden. Dumpsters are overflowing. Inside the apartment expect to find outlets that do not work (filled with paint, rendering them unusable). Do not expect maintenance issues to be attended to in a timely manner or at alll in many cases. This place has been a nightmare. It is my first residence in Frederick, MD & put such a bad taste in my mouth.
