I have loved living here so far! This is by far the best apartment complex that I have ever lived at. The amenities and neighborhood are so wonderful and I feel like I am at a resort when I step outside onto the property. My dog and I are big fans of the dog park as well! The helpful and friendly staff make this complex even better! 5 stars!

I love the community! It's safe and clean. The office staff is awesome. And maintenance takes care of issues quickly. You're close enough to be able to walk to get coffee and the library. It's a very nice apartment.

Spring is here and everything is beautiful. The pool area has some beautiful flowers and everyone is enjoying the view and the beautiful weather. We’ve gotten some new furniture for the pool area which is really nice. I just experienced watching an Easter egg hunt, which was so cute. No complaints. Just happy about my home.

I can’t say enough great things about this place! I have been living here for almost a year and moved from here from out of state. I signed here without even seeing it and person and it did not disappoint one bit. The minute I started the leasing process, the staff made me feel so welcomed and made it such an easy process for me. Management and maintenance are great! The complex is always clean and they are always upgrading things. Also, you can’t beat the location. It is so nice being by everything we need. I’d give The Grove at Carolina Park 6 stars if I could:)

Stayed here with my family back in January and the guest suite was amazing! Fully furnished with coffee, washer/dryer, utensils, pots and pans and everything we needed for a week long stay. Staff was so nice and I can see why my sister has lived here for 2+ years! We will be back!

The Grove at Carolina Park is a great location. It’s walking distance to library and local shops if you like to go for a stroll. It’s driving distance to 2 public parks with lots of outdoor activities for families. The Grove keeps its property well maintained and the staff are friendly and professional. The floor plans are very spacious.

I have been here over 2 years and just switched apartments and the management and maintenance team has been so helpful and supportive. They care about the residents and make living here fun. I’ve lived at the Grove since Feb 2022 and couldn’t be happier. I recently moved from a 1bdrm to a 2bdrm on a higher floor and the staff made the transition seamless. I’ve never experienced better maintenance crew and leasing agents anywhere. Everyone goes above and beyond and it’s very appreciated. We have beautiful amenities and well kept grounds that make you feel like you’re at a resort!
