It is a very nice place. Friendly neighbors and staff, tons of amenities, and room to store large vehicles. The care wash station is nice too.

Moving into an apartment by myself for the first time I feel so comfortable and safe here! The grounds are beautiful and I am looking forward to spending a day by the wonderful pool.

The team is amazing, and the maintenance team works hard, always going above & beyond. I love the pool, and the upgraded fountains, but my favorite thing is the bevi machine!

I’ve lived at the Grove since Feb 2022 and couldn’t be happier. I recently moved from a 1bdrm to a 2bdrm on a higher floor and the staff made the transition seamless. I’ve never experienced better maintenance crew and leasing agents anywhere. Everyone goes above and beyond and it’s very appreciated. We have beautiful amenities and well kept grounds that make you feel like you’re at a resort!

Best decision ever was living at the grove when moving to CHS! It’s been great for us and our pup! We love the swimming pool, dog park, and especially the pet washing station. Thank you grove!

So far, I have had nothing but the best experience at The Grove! My apartment is absolutely perfect for me and my dog! The amenities are great and the surrounding neighborhood has a ton of locations/pathways for a nice walk outside! The staff are are super friendly and helpful! 10/10 recommend!

So far, it's been great besides the week in June when they started sanding the pavement in the hallways AFTER we just got power washed and pushed up so much dust it came into my apartment and formed a layer of dust on my kitchen table and entry way floors. Besides that, it's been an enjoyable experience, and the staff has been fantastic and responds when I reach out via email here and there.

We are just moving to the area and absolutely love it here. So far everyone has been so nice and we are enjoying getting to meet new people. The amenities are amazing and the neighborhood is beautiful. Looking forward to exploring everything this area has to offer.

Living at the Grove has been Amazing! I recently had some low priority maintenance requests and Mitch handled them right away. Mitch, Frank and Doug are wonderful and Althea and Darby are so kind and gracious. We truly couldn’t ask for a better staff that handles your needs right away.

It's a beautiful and quiet property with great amenities. The staff does everything in their power to accommodate the tenant's needs. Highly recommend if you are looking for something away from the town's busy hustle and bustle.

We have only been here for less than a week, however, the staff has been friendly and helpful and we have enjoyed the pool & gym. There have been a few miscommunications. We were disappointed to find out upon move in that there was not an elevator in our building, as had been stated. I had also asked about whether our apartment had a walk in shower, and was told it did- it does not. We also have rented a garage that is functional, but damaged. These issues aside, our experience has been fine so far.

Great staff and great location. Have enjoyed living here. Would love the stairwells to be cleaned more often. Yes, nothing we can do about the birds that live here but doesn’t mean it can’t be cleaned weekly. Even at a club the areas are cleaned daily but this is a residence so it should be even more important to have area cleaned and not have to stare at all the bird stuff daily.

Our move in process was very smooth! We are very happy with our apartment and all of the amenities available, especially the dog park! Our pup loves going and playing with the other dogs there!

I moved to The Grove recently and am blown away by how clean, beautiful, and well-run this community is. I had a minor maintenance issue on move-in day and it was remedied with a smile within minutes of my submitting the issue. Talk about stellar customer service. The clubhouse and pool are pristine and high-end, with a lovely surrounding neighborhood of boutiques, shops, and eateries which can be accessed by walking or a quick bike ride. A truly charming, safe, pedestrian-friendly place in the quiet north end of Mt. Pleasant.

I feel like I can give a very honest review because I've called this apartment home for the last 3 years. The staff has been wonderful from start to finish. While the location is further from downtown Charleston, it does not have the touristy feel that most apartments closer to town have. It is calm, peaceful, and quiet. The amenities are wonderful and the grounds are pretty clean. Prior to moving here, I had read reviews regarding mold and AC units. I was definitely nervous to encounter those. In the 3 years that I've lived here, I've only needed maintenance 2 times (once to change smoke detector batteries & another time when the AC above leaked). I did not have the experience that other negative reviewers had. Drayton was the GM at the time and he was very accommodating with a dehumidifier and adjusting my electric bill. It was handled immediately and I haven't had an issue since (2.5 years later). I will miss living at the Grove. The staff is wonderful and it really felt like home.

The community and front office have been super friendly! They’ve made our move to Mount Pleasant super smooth. Our apartment itself has some issues related to wear and tear (maybe a little more) that make me rate it a 4 instead of 5. The biggest issue is that there seems to be like a shadow of white paint all around the wood floors. There are also some areas that were fixed by added lots of caulk and paint indicating that the underlying issue is still there. I’m a bit concerned about water entering our apartment as well since we are on the first floor and when the areas were being power washed, lots of water entered our apartment. Having these things written out makes it seem like a lot but as we added our furniture and some rugs to our apartment it definitely looks a lot better. And so far, maintenance seems to be helpful and responsive, meaning if there are any issues I think they would be helpful in resolving them!

Low key living, nice pool, good neighbors, nice management. Rent pay is easy. Never had a problem living at the grove! Maintenance team is always on top of any problems as well

The best team I have ever come across for maintenance where I live the office is unbelievable and the whole crew is just very kind. I have never had service like this. I just had some dirt and pine straw on my porch as the landscape people were trimming, the grounds. I called the front office and spoke to one of one of the team members and within five minutes the gentleman was here with a blower clean off my porch. I have a little dog and he loves to sit out there and now he’s in his little clean place I have had I have lived in a lot of apartments around here and anytime you call maintenance usually takes hours or sometimes 24 hours to get any assistance. I really appreciate how they keep the ground spectacular and everything is so clean. If you were looking for a place is service I recommend my new home we love it here. Also, I have a view of the pool and I never saw A poor up kept like this. If you are moving in the area, looking for a place called home, I highly highly recommend the Grove.

The Grove is set back from the busy Mount Pleasant Hwy 17 in a quiet area in Carolina Park. Being someone that prefers a quiet lifestyle over city life, this is perfect for my personality. The apartments are quiet and beautiful with tall ceilings and new appliances. I enjoy the amenities on-site that include a pool, gym, trash valet and walking paths around the area. Though we didn't anticipate apartment living when we moved here, it has been a perfect fit for us.

Just signed another lease! I love this property. It's peaceful and quiet and clean and respectful. The neighbors are friendly and the staff is exceptionally helpful. Truly a "community "

The Grove is a beautiful place. The. gym is clean, the pool is always clean and there's fun activities in the complex like food trucks . Staff is helpful and nice

Quiet, with good amenities and staff/maintenance. It is too expensive though for being so far north in Mount Pleasant. Water charges are also too high.

My experience has been wonderful I love my apartment. I love my view. I love the staff, and my neighbors are all very friendly. I feel like I live in a neighborhood versus an apartment complex. I can hear the sounds of nature. In the evenings, birds chirping and see the beautiful ducks swimming And it’s just a peaceful environment. My apartment is very comfortable and so beautiful the high ceilings really make a difference if I have a question I call the the team and they help me with great customer service. Thank you. Glad I moved here.

I love living at the grove. The amenities are wonderful, the location is great, the area around the grove is being built up, and it truly feels like home. While I have not interacted with this staff often (I guess that’s a good thing that I haven’t had any issues) they seem really nice! Frank has been wonderful when he replaced batteries and burnt out lightbulbs. The only thing they could improve on is checking emails/instagram dm’s for questions.

Easy online payments, clean common areas & Helpful staff. We’ve been here 7 months & are generally happy with the accommodations. We can’t wait to use the pool again!

For the most part, everyone that I've come into contact with has been immensely cordial. Friendly and easy to engage and speak to. Some can be considered to be good friends even after we leave the community! Maybe I've missed out, but I wonder what more social gatherings would or could be like? Huum... I wonder.

The game room is the best!!! My son and I play a lot of ping pong and shoot a lot of pool. Great community events monthly. Can’t wait to use the pool!!

I moved her April of 2020 and still enjoying it here! From the kind and warm people to the dog park, pool, gym, car wash (what!?) and dog wash spa room (what!?). The walking paths are amazing and it’s seriously close to so much shopping and restaurants. Bonus: close to the best beaches! I absolutely love it here!
