The people in the leasing office are very kind and helpful. They answer the phone and return calls in a timely manner and are very considerate.

They are aways helpful and the after hours emergency line is amazing! Also very nice and polite!

Very friendly staff and very quick to respond to maintenance and other problems that arise. Very spacious and great environment in both winter and summer!

Very good apartment complex lived here two years, very good maintenance response times would recommend others to live here as well.

Lots of amenities and convenient location on bus routes. Large bathrooms and closets with a large living room. Laundry in unit is great to have.

I have always heard good things about the grove, so I thought it would be a great place for me to live, especially because I am attending WSU. This is my first year living here at the grove and I honestly have nothing bad to say. The staff is helpful and the community is super friendly. Maintenance is really quick and easy to request. The rooms are big and they also come with a very spacious bathroom. They offer many amenities. There is free internet and free parking. Definitely recommend living here!

I am going on my second year at the grove and have had a great experience with all of the staff! The work orders get done in a timely manner. One thing that could be improved is the wifi system in pullman place. There is a limit of how many devices you can have and it's kinda annoying to connect new devices too.

I have lived here for two years now and as an out of state student, it’s been very convenient as the apartment comes furnished and has many great amenities, like the pool, a 24/7 hour gym, and a coffee bar. There are two bus stops nearby and the clubhouse has tons of spots to study or hang out with friends. Despite a few issues in our complex, the maintenance and management team has improved since I first moved, they respond quickly and are very kind and helpful!

I have lived her for 3 years and I really enjoy it! The management has only improved and the community environment is amazing. It really feels like home. I have had my share of issues, but they’ve all been resolved. Overall, I definitely think the Grove is the cheapest and best furnished apt!

I have a few friends there and every time I visit everyone in the community is so nice and friendly. It’s one of the reasons why I’ve decided to move there next year. It’s overall a great place to live for college students.

Our daughter lived here and was charged unreasonable fees upon move out. Some of the issues charged for were written on the move in condition form. On all the reviews “management answers acting like they want to help however the property manager Bailey actually will not talk to you on the phone about it. You can only email, and then she won’t answer your questions. They are dishonest.

I m in the process of disputing my move out charges and the property manager Bailey did not listened to any of our concerns. I tried calling the front desk to talk to Bailey and they said she does not take phone calls! I was never made aware of the fees that they charged upon move out for cleaning. Although, I thoroughly cleaned the apartment and left it in better condition than when I arrived. They had pictures of things that were already in that condition from when I moved in, two years ago. I would recommend looking into a different place with better honest management.

I have had nothing but trouble with this place and management. The place isn't very nice to begin with and has very thin walls with out of date utilities. The Grove will charge you for everything it can possibly squeeze out of you. I was charged for my move out cleaning and paid it the next day. A week later I had a higher charge for the same amount of cleaning, they didn't even acknowledge the fact I had already been charged and paid. After emailing the manager she would do nothing to solve the problem. She just insisted I wait to receive the signed move out paper in the mail and we could solve the issue afterwards. The front staff is great but every interaction with management has been subpar or rude. The only reason this place is still standing is because there are more students than housing options.

This is my second year living at The Grove! I love the community around here and the many people I get to meet. The staff is always helpful and maintenance is always in a positive mood. After deciding on where to live, I was grateful for the help and amenities that was provided. The Grove Pullman provides furnished apartments, affordable rent compared to other apartment complexes, and are pet friendly as well! Amenities are a MAJOR plus as mentioned before, just to show you how great it is to live here. Occasionally there will be something not working but not enough to be an inconvenience, and the staff is always here to help. Overall INCREDIBLE solid place to live for living in an apartment for the first time.

STAY AWAY. Don't be fooled by the nice rooms this place is the worst place I have ever lived EVER. Over charge for everything. You pay $200 for amenities and the pool is open one week a year I kid you not. The staff is all college students that always give me a different answer to all my questions so I can never get anything resolved. They don't shovel the parking lot in the winter so my car was stuck for 4 months and I paid $400 for a parking pass so I could drive and park on campus. When I moved out they charged me $100 because I left something in my room, and the toilet had "not been cleaned". I cleaned the toilet but over time it started to have a ring in it from the hard minerals in the water eating away at the bowl. Apparently I was to blame for this and was charged. I was also never made aware I would be charged if I left something in my room. The grove was aware it was in my room and still didn't tell me if I left it I would be charged. I tried to talk to the manager (which is never there and you can NEVER get a hold of) but she did nothing but explain to me why I was charged over and over again. Don't expect the office to get back to you either even though they say they will they won't. I have more complaints but its too much to write so just be warned. The groves main priority is getting as much money from you as they can.

I lived at the Grove for three years. There was already something broken, my paperwork for roommate choice was lost which then caused my poor kitten to have to live with a huge dog when I specifically said no other pets. When I scheduled a walk through when I switched buildings one year, the girl at the front desk never wrote down my appointment so I wasn't allowed to have one. Still I stuck with the Grove mainly because I liked having a washer and dryer in my unit. Except for the time that a pipe leaked in the floor above us and our washer and dryer had to be removed for a couple weeks - that was fun. When I finally move out of the Grove after graduating, 3.5 months after I'm gone they stick me with $280 in fines because my room had dust, a small space against the wall that wasn't vacuumed well enough, a damaged door that was there when I originally moved in which I had noted on my move in papers and because I didn't clean my bathroom well enough. This company will nail you with anything even if it's outrageous. I would advise everyone to not live here.

I signed at lease at this apartment complex because of all the amenities- having my own bathroom and walk in closet was great, and the pool and gym was nice. BUT, the pool and gym both get so over crowded and the grove does nothing to patrol them. Also, if you are a serious student or seeking a quiet apartment this is not the place for you. Almost every building is really loud, you always hear parties and intoxicated people and the walls are thin and allow a lot of noise to carry through neighboring apartments. If you are okay with loud noise then the grove is fine, otherwise look for somewhere else!
