Living in Dallas puts you right in the thick of it all, with endless options to customize your experience. Corporate professionals seeking to avoid long commutes may want to look for apartments in Downtown or Uptown, which are both home to major business centers as well as residential communities, affording many residents walkable access to work. Culture enthusiasts should consider apartments near the Dallas Arts District, which is home to the Nasher Sculpture Center, the Dallas Museum of Art, the Winspear Opera House, and more. Property Ratings at Tides at North Dallas
The pool was supposed to be open memorial day weekend and right now it's empty because they left it green for months and code compliance had to come out. The landscaping is so overgrown it looks abandoned. You have to pay for internet through the complex so at one point we went 3 weeks without internet because they let the contract expire. When I first moved in in March there was no trash pick up for about 45 days. I don't know how this place has 4 stars because it's probably the worst complex I've ever lived in. I used to live off of forest lane at one point so take that into perspective. They'll even close out your work orders before completing them. I don't want them in my house anymore so I just let it be. Don't move here you'll regret it. I'm stuck for almost another year and I don't think I'll ever get to use the pool.
I loved this place when we moved in 3 years ago but since Tides of North Dallas bought them they are awful. Trash everywhere, other residents leave trash beside their front doors for days. Patios piled with car parts, trash. Dogs and cats outside with no water and not on leashes. The complex has turned in to a slum. Which is par for the rest of the neighborhood. The management does not care, you can complain but nothing is done. Maintenance is patch work at best, only sometimes leaving the repair worse than before. I do have to say, no bugs.

Noisy: Everything is old and they are out for only your money
I’ve been living here for about a year. I love my apartment. The office staff is so nice and helpful and maintenance is great.
Ive been living here for about 6 months and im READY for my lease to be up! Floors are so thin you can hear every footstep and voice, parking is horrible literally have to fight for a parking spot everyday! Maintenance is awesome but management is annoying as heck, who tells you what you can and cant have on your patio? I pay rent let me live! Management doesnt care about anything they just want your money! I wanted to break lease because I was flagged by a gunman driving by in the apartments for no reason and management just felt sorry and did nothing! Parking spots so small people done scratched my car up. I do not feel safe here anymore and very ready to leave. I stay in a renovated apartment which is really nice, only up to these apartments!
The management staff has been exemplary since we moved in last summer. Maintenance issues are handled relatively quickly, much faster than expected. Slightly noisy, but that's to be expected with the complex right on the High Five. Gate is usually messed up but even then, it's still a fairly safe community. All at a price that is far below what we anticipated paying.
Great place to live. Staff is attentive and experience is overall wonderful.
I moved here from Indiana, so I didn't have the chance to check the location out before I signed the paperwork and moved in. Initial move in was a bit rough; they had just finished working on it and it hadn't been cleaned up. It also would have been nice to have some information on how the exit gates worked, or what to do if the front gate won't call you to let you in. Beyond that, this has been a nice place to live. People aren't too loud, they pick up after their pets for the most part, and maintenance is quick. I do wish the online portal was better, but overall, I feel I got lucky with this one.
Very pleasant staff. Good accommodations and location. Decent apartments
Professional staff, clean, quiet environment, with a gym.
Very well maintained and impeccably clean! Loved the personal touch added to the apartment. The staff is very hospitable and friendly, and there were no maintenance issues with the apartment! I love that I feel safe in my environment.
I had boxes in the living room in the way of the kitchen and needed a new dishwasher. I quickly received a new dishwasher from management. Marcos and Miguel, our maintenance crew moved the boxes out of the way to replace the dishwasher and replaced the boxes neatly. They also emptied the dishwasher of dishes and placed them neatly on the cupboard. The new dishwasher works very well. Marcos and Miguel make a good team they always smile and wave no matter how busy they are. The management team of the property are very upbeat and positive
The management team is the nices and the maintenance people are amazing.
My girlfriend and I live here and is anice quite complex, safe , friendly Management Melody is the current manager and she is very nice and gets things done when it comes to any maintenance issues we have . Just wonderful !!!
Just a great and safe community . Management is just great here . I really recommend anyone to move here
I love it here .... Melody is our manager and all i can say is truly dedicated to her resident's
I was moving from Louisiana to Dallas and I am so glad I stumbled upon this property. Even with having a few weird issues with the website they were always very kind and understanding. I read a few reviews that were negative and am unsure where that came from because my experience has been nothing but excellent. Shout out to the staff because every single person has been AMAZING!
I have been living at this property for about 14 years, the main reason I stay is because of the security and affordability of the apartments. The new management company and the ladies of the office are very nice and make you feel welcomed. I am happy to call this place home.
I have been at the property since 2017 I am very happy with the new management team they are very nice and listen to your needs.
I am sorry to mentioned that the prices listed are false it is more expensive and when you ask for what is listed they mentioned that it is not available anymore but guess what the y have available the same advertise for more !!!!! This is a scam to attract clients and the pictures showing do not reflect the poor quality of those units !! They also hang up on you when you ask why they don't take off those inaccurate informations
I love living at Landmark at Rosewood. I have a complete peace of mind. Office staff is awesome and If I am out of town, I can pay my rent with different options. Parking is great! I love my apartment! Clean dog area, great apartment maintenance. I don't think I'll ever leave. This has truly been my BEST apartment experience.

We are glad that you are happy with your home, and greatly appreciate your kind words. Thank you!
I have been a resident for nine years and one of the main reasons that I have stayed is the maintenance team. They are awesome! I had installed a towel rack that kept falling off the wall. Maintenance came in and put in a new one without my asking! They are the hardest working men I have ever seen!
I have recently moved in and the management has been very responsible to addressing all the questions. Excellent community that make me feel at home. I love the picnic area and the pool area. I would definitely recommend this community without any hesitation.
I am very pleased with this apartment. I am in a one bedroom apartment. If you are by yourself and do not need to be in the city then this is a nice apartment to look at. Just far enough from the city but close enough to grab an uber. There were bugs when I moved into the apartment but I was on top of everything and made sure my apartment complex help me get an appointment. The shower is short. I am 5 feet and 8 inches, women, and I have to lean back to shower. Pool is nicely structured for adults, and children. Overall I am pleased living here.
