The property is maintained well and is quiet as well as convenient to stores, public transportation and the charm of downtown Chamblee!
Great living experience and location at a affordable rate. Love the area and great walking trails and gym access.
The Grove staff were very friendly and extremely helpful during the application process.
I have been living at the grove for almost a month now and i have no complaints! I'm constantly learning about the area and its convenience. Overall, happy I made the decision to move to the Grove.

Outside of the location and proximity to everything, this property is missing the mark, especially compared to other newer properties in the area. Better customer service and overall improved quality of living would go a long way to changing this perception.

I toured this community as I am thinking about moving to the Chamblee area. They have great prices on their classic apartments and the renovated apartments are less available, and more expensive. Great price point for being so close to Atlanta and Buckhead area.

I’ve lived here almost two years and have had issues with packages being stolen off my door (before fetch packages placed in wrong mailboxes & missing). Maintenance staff are nice and try their best with what they got but the washer dryer, oven, dishwasher, a/c unit and sink are all old and faulty.

The leasing office is extremely rude, and wouldn't allow me to talk to her for 2 seconds to see if I could reschedule my tour cause I missed having to get a child out of a locked car. I understand that she was on her lunch so I wasn't trying to get a tour right that second but it wouldn't have taken that long to reschedule me. If this is what the staff here is like, I'm glad I got to know that now so wouldn't have to deal with it as a resident.

Poor maintenance, trash accumulated around trash compactor and dumpster, renovation trash bin overflowed numerous times, pool opening delayed, and just poor overall experience.

Did not have a great experience moving in to my new apartment. A lot of loose ends overall, from appliances not installed, to the vents in the entire apartment being exposed.

This place has gone all the way down since Greystar purchased them. They don't answer phones, they don't respond to emails when you show up in person Kim C has a snarky passive aggressive attitude like she can't be bothered. She has ran off all staff that once made this property great. Super Dissapointed.

Great community to live at, it's quiet and 5 to 10 minutes from 285 and 85. There are great dining, shopping, grocery and entertainment options close by. MARTA Station about a 5 to 10 minutes WALKING distance. All in all convenient, quiet, and friendly area.

The complex is well kept overall and the staff are very friendly. Maintenance is also very prompt. However, the crime rates here are high and because the apartment complex is not gated (call box is at the elevator), the parking lot and community area is open to anyone who comes. There have been several incidents of car broken into and even stolen since this past summer. There really should be a security gate for the parking lot for the residents to continue feel safe living in this area. Also, the staff is not on communication after office hours, and they are completely unaware of anything happening at night. There has been a couple incidents this past week at night and police even came to block a whole floor of residents from getting into the building of what apparently sounded like a stand-off. However, the staff was totally unaware of it the next day. We really don't feel safe living here at this point unless more security measures are taken.

It depends on the building. Stay far away from the construction side because noice starts at 6am. If you like to party and your job is 3rd shift this place may workouts fine. Everyone else I'll recommend to try other near by properties.

Have been helpful and nice since I moved in, safe place to live, also had a friend coming to work at the company I'm with and were able to accommodate an on site transfer for us. I'm happy with this place.

Beautiful buildings and interior. Everything is well taken care of and is always clean. I do think the building might have been a little rushed because there are some small things in the apartment (like a window screen or blinds) that just kind of broke off. Besides that I have no complaints for the actual units . Also when something breaks the maintenance men there get it fixed for you pretty quickly. For the complex there are a few things that bother me. There have been some crimes happen either in the complex or very close by. I think they should put up some sort of gate for security because anyone can easily get into the complex. To be fair, there are locks on the elevators and stairs so no one can get in the buildings but the parking decks and outside areas could use a little more security measures. There has literally been a police chase through the complex so I would really feel safer with a gate. Also some of the tenants there refuse to pick up after their pets so that is something else I would like them to try to do more about. I know it’s the owners fault but I hate walking out of my apartment and stepping in dog waste :( also just to warn anyone with a dog, the bark park is a patch of grass that has a waste station. I really don’t think it should be defined as a “park”. They do have other really nice amenities like a pool, workout room, computer room, and clubhouse. The clubhouse has a TV, pool table, shuffleboard, etc. and you can rent it out for parties. It’s very nice. Also they have community parties and events in the club house. It’s really fun and nice to meet your neighbors. There are a few problems but no place is perfect. It definitely isn’t a bad place to live.

Miller station at peachtree is a great place to live for many reasons. It's centrally located right in the historic district of the city of Chamblee. Great restaurants are in walking distance as well as great antique shops. These apartments are within minutes of I-285, I-85 and GA-400. What's also awesome is the fact that Chamblee Marta trainstation is at the end of the block, but don't worry you won't hear them! These apartments are state of the arts in reference to lighting, security, appliances and flooring. The complex is small, only three buildings, so it's easy to get to know your neighbors and to have personal interactions with them. The great team of agents also keep everyone engaged by hosting great events all year round. The maintenence team also address any and every issue you may have on a timely basis. I love the garage parking which is super convenient when it's raining out and I also love the fact that the buildings are not accessible without a touch pad. I feel really safe here and I've been here for three years. I hope this review is helpful to anyone considering Miller Station at Peachtree as their new home.
