The Grove Deer Valley

4 cars were stolen in the area including my friends in the month of April 2023!

When I first had reviewed this property online I was a bit surprised by the beautiful look of the property, size of the units and the cost. Upon making an appointment and viewing the property. I was completely excited and ready to call The Grove Deer Valley my new home. Staffing has always been on top of communicating and addressing any issues or concerns. I've told and showed so many people the property already they want to move in to this amazing property.

Love living here!

The grove is clean...beautiful clubhouse and swim area...friendly people...and the location is excellent for access to go anywhere...(at least four grocery stores less than ten minutes away).

Overall not a great experience so far. Can hear everything above the ground floor units, malfunctioning appliances, missing shelves in closets, not enough parking spaces.

We love The Grove! our apartment is amazing & so well put together. We love the floor plan very much and all the amenities that came with it. 10/10 recommended !

The Grove Deer Valley is a nice community to live in with a wonderful maintenance staff.

Staff, both in the office and in the maintenace group, are very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

On a scale from 1 to 10 you guys are 10. The only thing is the entrance gate should be fixed

The main manager is not worth her weight in styrafoam. Avoid this complex if there is a Denise in office.

The Grove Deer Valley is the perfect place to live if you are looking for a trendy, affordable, and clean place. The rent is not too pricy for all of the amenities that it offers. For example, the resort style pool is such a beautiful place to unwind and hang out. I can also truly say that I have never had a bad experience with a resident/staff member. Overall 10/10 would recommend.

Overall it was a good moving experience nice staff it's a good apartment has mostly everything that I need in it already before I move in other than that it's a quiet neighborhood where I live and everybody's pretty nice that I ran into. One bedroom apartment is pretty nice big kitchen big bathroom and big bigcloset it works for me

The Grove is a lovely place to live

If you are moving here for the dog park, forget it. Many residents do not pick up after themselves and management waters the dog park so often that it is a muddy, poopy mess that you can smell from the parking lot. I have lived here almost 3 years and the spa jets have never worked. Parking is awful. Residents are assigned a parking spot by a computer and the spots are far away from your actual apartment. Carrying groceries to your apartment is a long haul, and recently cars have been towed if residents park in front of their building just long enough to bring their groceries in. Rent goes up every year and the water is not metered, it is based on occupancy, so you may end up paying for someone else's water use. It often takes several reminders before maintenance will fix anything. do your self a favor, for a few extra bucks a month you can get a house with a yard and a carport or garage. On the plus side, I can say it is a very quiet complex and conveniently located. The apartments themselves are pretty, but the carpeting is cheap and not very animal-friendly. I would prefer non-carpeted floors.

Only concern is the entrance gate is never closed no matter what time I come home and its very difficult to park in my assigned space when the other cars are in their assigned ?? parking spaces.

Grove Deer Valley isn't worth the rent they charge -- it'd be nicer living in a tent under a bridge.

This place is a complete joke. Management is AWFUL! There is dog poop everywhere, dogs constantly being walked off leashes where they run up and attack you, I’ve had a hit and run, people constantly either blocking or taking your parking spot, drinks thrown at my door and garbage being left all over the walkway. Our water bill is out of control( $200 and $600) and all we are being told is that they are doing and investigation and have no idea what’s happening or have any updates for any of us. I have called the water company and they told me there is no investigation, but yet we still need to pay a hypothetical rent until someone does something. I also had a neighbor throw a big decorative rock at me and my dog, police said to get her for trespassing since she is not on the lease and the guy she lives with doesn’t want her there. All Denise(management) says is oh that sucks. When I mention not feeling safe all she said is oh well she has the right to live here and let me know when I can turn my 60 day notice in to move. She has zero empathy and since she’s taken over this place has gone downhill.

The apartments are nice. The owners are not. No one answers phones. No one comes to help. I've talked to the hired on employees from other companies. Even the workers that are hired BY CONTRACT cannot stand the girls working up front.

Ever since the switch to the grove management team nothing but problems have occurred. The grounds have become disgusting. maintenance takes weeks to actually follow through on simple fixes. You can appointments but when you call the front desk no one has any idea what's going on. If your lucky the problem will be fixed by your 4th request. This complex is no longer a resident friendly environment, and this new team is just getting started.

Gluing things back together doesn't always fix everything. Neighborhood is not all that great, yet another reason why these apartments are over priced.

Drug addicts everywhere, car got broken into multiple times which management says never happens (the cops will tell you the truth), security is composed of a vehicle that drives by every 3 weeks, maintenance is demanding anytime you have a maintenance issue the list goes on trust me

I have lived here for almost a year now and we just got new management Greystone is now in charge, since they have taken over daily operations the grounds are not cleaned up(trash blowing around), it took 2 weeks for a new grounds crew to mow the grass, the swimming pool which used to be immaculate is now filthy and hasn't been cleaned in 4 weeks, the Hot tub has been broken for 3 weeks and a homeless man used the hot tub as a bath and slept inside the pool area recently. take this as you may but they seem inept and or lazy and just don't care to provide decent service, all smiles but nothing is getting done as they are smiling

I have 3 years here now and the staff is great! The apartment is lovely and the landscape is beautiful.

I have lived here for almost 3 years. The staff is always helpful. Service on the Apartment gets done very quickly! The grounds are maintained on a regular basis.
