The Grove at Killeen

It’s honestly getting worse. I get that majority of the repairs aren’t “emergencies” but when they cause bugs and things to appear, it’s a problem. The bathroom door isn’t fixed and it’s relatively important because we need a new bathroom door because the wood is so flimsy it chipped and split at the bottom corners of the door. Also, I would recommend this apartment if the office management were more professional. I’ve been told countless times that an attitude was given because someone would come down and ask a simple question about a simple maintenance request. Whether it’s true or not there’s still a level of professional when it comes to this kind of stuff. Simple changes can make this place so much better. Also also, Liliana is great. She’s pretty much the only one.

It's really been great so far. I think it's really great how the cable and the internet are included in your rent respect from the leasing agents have really been awesome access to the gym trash pickup I love neighbors have really been great

It’s Decent. Small closet, but aside from that it isn’t bad. I stay alone so the size is good for me. I just have a lot of things and no where to put them lol.

Ladies in the office are always helpful also have some great neighbors . The laundry room and pool area is kept clean. Many activities such as park and basketball court for kids.

Great and respectful management team. The area is nice and away from feom the train tracks and making it a quiet area. The access to the gym is awesome.

Fast on maintenance apartments beautiful. I love the people in the office they are very understanding. I love the amenities. My kitchen is to die for

Staff is super friendly! Super easy to get an apartment! staff often is terrible at answering their phone, which can be really irritating for certain issues

This place has the quickest and friendliest response time I have ever received! The sign up process was very smooth and simple to understand.

Great so far! Just moving in and am looking forward to a great stay! The property is beautiful and the apartment we got was exactly what we’re looking for. The staff was super helpful through the whole process too!

The community it great just wish the pool was cleaned more but other than that they keep everything clean and updated the staff is extremely helpful and courteous......I love that you live near alot of good stores especially living next to the park for the kiddos

Bigger washing facility with more space the room is cramped. Either busy or machines don’t work. Better cleaning supplies in the gym. Making sure all the dog dispensers have doggy bags. Some are empty and not convenient which they some people don’t pick up after their dogs. More open communication. To specific individuals instead of mass announcements that don’t affect everyone. If there is a problem addressing the person individually with facts and paperwork to resolve the issues at hand. Making sure that the admin of the complex has all their information in order before signing and agreeing to leases only to try and stifle people for money later on things that should haven been managed and dissolved before hand.

The move in process was pretty fast and easy... However bathroom needed some up to dates works and a small AC problem too that got taken care of. However the staff is very helpful and I 10/10 recommend.

my experience so far with the Grove has been quite pleasant. They’ve been very helpful with getting maintenance fixed. They made me feel welcomed. They always have engaging activities.

Love the Staff and the apartments, very quiet and they always do different things for the community. They’re very understanding and welcoming.

New manager always has an attitude, definately has no customer service skills. Valet trash continues to be inconsistent, I'm paying money for a service I don't get all the time. The property isn't taken care of, gates don't work (been a year since they worked). People let their dogs poop all over, don't pick up after their dogs. Tree in the middle of the property, has been there for at least 5 months. Always bugs in the pool.

So far my experience here has been wonderful. The ladies in the office were very polite and professional. Their customer service skills are unmatched 10 out 10. Look forward to my stay here.

The staff were very helpful every step of the way. Pool and other facilities are very clean and neighbors seem to be kind as well. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place.

It’s really a mixed bag. The place is starting to look run down and it is hard to get things actually fixed and not just bandaided. Office staff changes often and not really friendly or even polite most of the time. Considering the price of rent it’s not that good of a value considering the neighborhood.

Not so satisfied with having to move apartments due to water damage just to be placed in another unit with the same issue. Other than that the place is fine.

updated style, with gray farmhouse flooring. We have a gated community, mail room, pool area, modern gym. I work nights and sleep during the day, this is an overall quietness. I don’t have a problem sleeping. offers valet trash service. Melissa and Lily in the office have always been courteous respectful and flexible. They are an amazing team that always seem to find the way not only to help with issues but who actually care about their residents. they host cute community parties such as burgers and brews and pop in for popsicles. I unfortunately suffered a tragic birth this summer where my kids I was expecting were for 9 months were stillborn. The location of the complex being in such a scenic and quiet area has been healing. The neighbors are all very private and there's no nuisances or disturbances within the complex and that has been helpful. the property is pet friendly with a bark Park, a volley/ basket ball court, and easy access to a shopping center and a park great for walking

Quiet neighbors are nice dog park is convenient and love the gas station is close it also has a plaza less than a mile away that has food and more

Moving here was a amazing experience lilly helped me with everything she is amazing I would recommend anyone to come move into these apartments. The maintenance crew is fast and extremely helpful thank you guys for everything you are doing for the apartments and the community

It’s hard to live somewhere when you’re living in a hot apartment and no one is willing to fix the AC , when you are in the Process and TEENAGERS break into your apartment and then you get video evidence and no one cares

The amenities are relatively nice but the gym AC doesn’t work half the time which can be awful during the summer like right now. Otherwise sound does travel through the walls (not something in the property’s control outside of major reconstruction so no real intervention can be made here) and so do smells, but that hasn’t been too much of an issue lately. There’s friendly management, and overall a nice park nearby

The workers are super friendly and have great communication. My husband and I recently moved in and the workers made it super easy for us to move in while we were back at our home state. They understood our situation and helped us through the whole process.

This place is nice and clean. The staff were easy to talk to about my approval. I'm going to like it here.

The place is quiet and secure. The customer service is good, dedicated and sincere. The amenities include one swimming pool and one GYM. Access control and postal service are available.

This place is a joke! I’ve been an entire week without heat because there are electrical problems in my apartment and they have told me to wait until its fixed and that theu cant do anything else. There are so many other problems with the apartment, like leaks, unfinished stuff, charges for stuff that dont work. I wish I would’ve listened to all the reviews that i saw before moving here. It would’ve saved me so much money and frustration.

Very pricey and work orders don’t get complete ! And when they do it’s like children did it . Not to mention valet trash being mandatory $35 on top of rent , and they don’t even pick it up . I’ve mentioned it many times to Sarah and Marcia and they just push it off and now I’m being told to contact valet trash directly and I’ve emailed and called and it’s been over a month no response . These people take our money and the office doesn’t seem to care nor communicate. I love the home my family and I created here but it’s been very stressful . Sarah has been helpful with certain things , but it’s started to get out of hand and it’s very very frustrating.

Serve roach problem! Your unit will be flooded every month! Your maintenance request will never get done! You will be charge $15 every month just for taking your trash out to the dumpster!

This place is horrible!!! The apt management don’t care about residence at all! They never keep promise to fix or replace something. They won’t even let you know if they have to shut down water for a while. I had to walk to the office and asked what’s goin on then they told me they forgot to inform me. When you moving out they overcharge you not to payback deposit and even make you pay more. They charged me $153 for two month utilities and refuse to send me break down receipts to explain me. please run from this place!

My apartment flooded multiple times, and I was without electric during the summer for two weeks. The manangment is rude and all of the facilities are broken. The other residents are really loud, drug users/dealers and the manangment doesn't do anything about it. Also, there have been multiple murders including a triple homicide and my truck was broken into.
