jennifer with 3 stone helped me with my application which was nice and she took her time. I rented a townhome and they are nice and look brand new. I like that I can log into a portal and pay my rent online or if I need help I can do that online also. I did have a maintenance request because I did not think the thermostate works but it turned out that I was not working it right. The guy who came to fix it was very nice and took his time to explain it to me. I was not rushed at all and highly recommend The Grove.
The Management was rude and I was quickly hung-up on for asking questions. The flooring is cheap and comes up quickly. It's quiet that's the bonus.

The townhome is very modern and super cute, and the location is perfect for us! We can be anywhere in Florence really quickly! The Staff was very friendly and helped us with all of our questions even on the weekend!
We love our townhome and the process was very easy. Mrs. Jennifer was very nice and went above and beyond for us. The dog park is an added bonus for us!
Jennifer was very helpful from start to finish, and the townhome is beautiful! We love the pet park and the neighbors! Very Happy!!
This company that manages this property is awful. They took my money for the application fee and told me I was accepted to rent a townhome. After taking the money and approving my application, they ignored all my emails and my phone calls. It was very frustrating and I feel as though I was used by the company.

We moved in the first of March and we love our new townhouse. Everyone has been great to work with and we love the setup inside. Its very quiet area and a great location.
