Do not live here. If you have a normal 9-5 you wont be able to use the pool as it is only open during business hours, o wait, you think youre gonna use it on the weekend? Nope, its only open until 1pm. You have to pay extra to get packages delivered, there are a ton of fees they do not advertise. -1/10 would not recommend.

The best feature of this apartment complex is the location. However there are problems that should be corrected. The lawn is often cluttered with trash and dog droppings. The landscaping team mow the lawns but really don't do much otherwise. It looks good around the office but not around the north end of the complex. There are cigarette butts everywhere. The maintenance crew is understaffed.

Beauty is not always easy and The Grove Apartments has a team in place that has created a community of beauty. Our TREES, our land, the STAFF, the buildings being so quiet that we have our own home space, and land we share that gives us a place to wander and still be home. You have to feel it to believe it!

The Grove Apartments has become my home away from home...literally. My husband is having medical issues and I was removed from our house we had lived in together for over 20 years during one of his episodes. The Grove has given me a safe peaceful place to be surrounded by an EXCELLENT STAFF, BEAUTIFUL GROUNDS, and even tho I still own the house, The Grove is becoming my HOME

1 star, would give 0 if i could. No one ever answers the phone, they might as well fire whoever works front desk ha! So many issues since living here, where do i start. Nicole? Rob? First off, Nicole can’t even do her job right. My roommate and I were looking for apartments and chose her because the layout of the apartment, only to be told by Nicole the day BEFORE move in that the apartment we signed off and paid fees for wasn’t available. And how we would be transferred when a 2B 2B becomes available. Of course that didn’t go well for any of us because we already gave our landlords our move out date and eventually they gave us an apartment, but again it wasn’t what we agreed or paid for. They put us in a 2B 1B when we agreed to a 2B 2B, we were in this temporary apartment for 3 months and no FOLLOW UP what so ever. They would ignore our calls and you know what that means , they must want to see our faces because you can’t ignore us in person. They tell us they have no recall of us supposed to be in a 2B 2B and how they don’t do transfers and how we have to repay the deposit on something that’s their fault. ON TOP OF THAT, 3 months later they say we can finally move into a 2B 2B , then when we don’t hear an update we go back to the office to be told a 2B 2B ISNT available and there is another 2B 2B available but we’re raising the rent for it. NOW, if we signed a lease for x amount of money for a 2B 2B there shouldn’t be a price increase. Whatever onto moving into this “2B 2B” even more issues. Hot water not working in kitchen, no AIR CONDITIONER for months, broken cabinet in my bathroom. Oh need i say more? I can’t receive my packages either because they decided to put a VACANT letter in my mailbox when i still currently live here. They will be seeing my face in the office once the weekend is over. NOT HAPPY!!

Management and staffs are Awesome! the work hard to ensure Residents are happy and the community is clean with great landscapes. Staffs are very friendly they love to stop by and say "hi" and to ensure everything is going smoothly. the Apartments are affordable and very comfortable to live in with great neighbors. I can not express my thanks to the staff and management for doing an excellent job and working with the community during COVID-19 and hard times. Roach infested and high crime. Litterally had somoene murdered 50 feet from my door and had my truck vandalized and broke into.

The maintenance people are awesome. That is the only positive experience I had with this place. Ridicules fees, noise all hours of the night, less than friendly managers, no existent security. The cam fee that showed up as a utility, still makes me mad. The second best experience was move out day. Then I received their final bill. Did I mention their ridicules fees!

The maintenance guys are excellent. Other wise the place is a rip off. I can't wait for my lease to be over. Countless fees quickly add to the competitive advertised price. Feels like I'm being ripped off every time I pay rent. Find a nicer complex, that will be upfront about their charges. Don't fall for any concession or discount offers. They will just over charge you at move in, and tell you that you didn't pay enough, dispite having a written agreement. Oh, and then charge a service fee, on the overcharges you knew nothing about. Good luck getting out of a lease. Read it word for word to the end.

This is the worst place to live just don't do they tell you the rent is one price and charge you another the staff is unprofessional. Asst manager is so rude I pay for covered parking and my car has been broken into twice and the so called security i have never actually seen them we dont feel safe here as soon as our lease is up we are so o hi t of here......

I am a current resident I wish I would not have come here. in the last 6 months I have had lots of stuff stolen off my porch I have had my car vandalized there is trash everywhere they only pick up the grounds once a week by the end of the week this place looks like a dump. I was promised to have washer and dryer hookups put in my apartment 4 months ago and now they have told me I have to wait another 2 months. There are constantly suspicious people walking around at all hours of the night. I know there are a few drug dealers here I always pay my rent on time we don't make messes and we keep to ourselves we have talked to the office about these issues. They just say we are sorry that that's been happening and they do nothing... they will tell you that they are fixing all the issues and that they are working hard to improve the property they are all lies iv lived here for over a year and a half and will leave as soon as I can me and my family no longer feel safe here!!! Please don't move here it is not a good environment for a family. also what they don't tell you is that they charge you almost $100 a month for sewer, water, trash, and a cam fee on top of your rent

The apartments are well priced for the size, actually better then most comparables. There is a pool and a wading pool and hot tub perfect for kids and adults. Gym, playground, dog park, and caring staff. Maintence is fast and good at what they do. Parking is a little rough at night but that is the only negative.
