The Grove Apartments

Generally a good place to live. Quiet and close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Also, if ever any issues, the maintenance crew are pretty good at getting it taken care of.

Great location and decent price. Pets are an issue. Owners allowing dogs to use the bathroom next to the building which is an issue that needs to be addressed

My experience has been great! Anytime ai need something I can call to the front and they will try to get it fixed and worked out within a timely manner

Enjoyed living here. Great community It’s very local and convenient to everything that I need. This is my third time living here. Been in one two and three bedrooms

We love living here its quiet and so close to everything we need. We work right up the street and avery store is in walking distance. Everyone we have met here is really nice and the apartment is really starting to feel like home.

Its been Great overall However something’s could be fixed around here, Great Staff & Friendly neighbors besides the neighbors who make alotta noise. Other then that Its a Good Community

Everything has been great. If I have any questions everyone is willing to help and answer questions. I’m happy here and look forward to being here for a long time.

Anytime I need help or have a question someone is always quick to help me. Anytime I put in a maintenance request they get straight to it. Appreciate the quick responses

Resident service was excellent during my move in. Property manager was very informative. Move in paperwork was ready and waiting on me during my arrival

Had an extremely stressful start and then when the actual move in process started it was not much better with all the things that were still broken or not ready for the move in.

It’s good so far it’s just people throw there trash out on the lawn and in the street I hope they have cameras over here cause the trash is bad over here

I really love the layout of the apartment and its really a private area not allot of noice or disturbances. I am really glad we decided to move here.

This is a decent place Few things could be fixed but overall this place is decent. Quite community people are friendly The people at the Front Office are Great Peaand Help you with anything you need.

It’s amazing the environment feels so welcoming!! The staff members are so nice and welcoming as well! The apartments are well cleaned and are in good condition!

Quiet place .safe and nice neighbors. People from the office so nice and help you with all the process. Recommend 100%. I like the office facilities.

All the staff had been more than helpful. They made my move very easy and stressless. I am very appreciative for all they have done. Now I just have to remember my mailbox number. Lol

The move in process with Q was amazing! Within one week of applying and being approved, I am in my new apartment. Everyone is so professional and they don’t waste time. And the apartment is beautiful and clean. I have no complaints.

Every issue I've had, has been resolved quickly and effectively. Every staff member has been wonderful to interact with. My dog loves it here.

The apartment had been freshly painted when we moved in. Everyone seems nice and I enjoy seeing people out walking with their dogs. Parking is so easy because spaces aren’t assigned and there are lots of them!

Customer assistance was amazing, they are very willing to be patient with you and care for concerns. They go into detail about the rules of your contract and make it clear about how things go. Neighbors are very friendly and encouraging with all your needs.

So far it’s been good for the most part. Fitness center is in need of an upgrade and trash dumpster gets filled up quickly. Probably need a second dumpster

Move in went smoothly. Landords was helpful and resourceful. Landlords very nice and respectful answered any questions and concerns I had about the community.

I love staying here it is quiet and my daughter loves the pool. Whenever I need something fixed maintenance is quick to fix it. I just moved here in June.

So far, this place has been so welcoming!! The staff is one the top fantastic!! They keep the grounds/vegetation here so nice and everyone is always smiling!!

I had high hopes to live in a comfortable apartment and figured the price would justify pleasant living conditions. The exterior curb appeal looks impressive at first judging by the remodeled leasing office and the nice pool area. However the buildings are dirty and dated with unpleasant odor in some areas. The apartment unit is dated and not refreshed. Many stains on floors and on kitchen cabinets which have a poor paint job causing the cabinets to be sticky. The trim and moulding is coming apart in several spots. Silicone and caulk is deteriorated on bathroom vanities. There is wood pulling away on the deck area and the soffit under the roof overhand has a hole for pest and critters to nest. This is where I found a dead rotting bat that was trapped. The unit has a strong odor from marijuana permiating from neighboring units which makes it hard to sleep or be inside for a long time. I feel like everyone deserves comfort when paying for one. But not in my case.

I like living at the Grove. I've been here for two years now, and my only real issue is the laundry facilities-the machines are constantly breaking down or out of order. In my opinion, they either need to be serviced more frequently, or they should be replaced with newer units. Other than that, the maintenance crew is responsive, the rest of the complex is clean and feels safe, and it's located close to stores and the freeway.

Staff are very friendly, can’t beat the cleanliness for the price. It was a bit difficult to get my application completed because it can only be done online, but I am looking forward to my time here.

Living conditions are deplorable! You get what you pay for!

Love all the ladies in the office. Maintenance is quick to complete anything asked of them Plus the whole team tries to help you feel safe for any reason you may have

I really enjoy my apartment community. It is a very nice place to live. I definitely plan to stay here as long as I possibly can. The community is very accommodating.

The staff is really nice and friendly and the neihnors are all really nice its quiet as well. I have been here for almost 3 years now and my fiance and i plan to be here for longer

The ladies here at the Grove is absolutely amazing. Maintenance is awesome as well. I moved in May 3rd 2024 and so far it’s been great. My home feels like a vacation home away from home.

Great staff and the community is very safe and welcoming! The pool area is so beautiful and the gym is very quiet and accessible the whole community is nice and clean!

Great community for the most part. The fitness center definitely needs an upgrade and maintenance needs to respond to requests faster in my opinion. Also inspections are not happening and my air filter has not been changed in over 5 months

Very nice so far, we’ve been here a couple months and it’s been great. A little noise here and there especially in the morning but it’s not everyday so nothing to worry about

Love to tell everyone about living at The Grove. This is a great place to live. I have just renewed my lease for another year because the people here are such great people. The ones in the office and also the maintenance crew is the best. Any time anything is wrong I just let them know and they come out and take care of it. Great community to live.

Very nice and affordable place to live with a great community. I’ve been here about three years had minimum issues but we’re handled with a quickness.

As it gets close to being here another year, I'm still enjoying my stay here at The Grove. I feel so at home in my little community. When you have friendly residents and friendly staff it makes it all the better. I can go to anyone in the front office and there is always smiles and willingness to help.

The process was easy and the office staff was very patient and helpful. I made many call and had many questions. With every call and every question was answered very politely and completely. My experience has been a pleasure so far.

Everything has been great except for 1 thing. My vertical blinds won’t turn properly and I have submitted 3 work orders in 2 months and they still havre not been fixed . Other than that everything has gone well.
