Guest House apartments were our home for a few months during transition. They are so close to town, clean, and the neighbors were kind. Rachel is a stellar manager and helped us with any issues or questions!

The location is great and super close to the town! Parking is convenient and the staff is welcoming. The complex is gated and feels very safe. It is very well maintained and management works quick to fix any issues. As a first time apartment renter I definitely recommend this complex!!!

I recently moved in and and it has been amazing. I was looking for a place for months before I found The Guest House. The process was super easy and fast! The communication with the landlord and maintenance is great! I get a response within minutes! I feel safe with the gate and update newsletter. The community is so clean, wholesome, and reasonable. I also love how it is only 5 mins away from town!

I have lived here for a year & it has been great. I love that it’s gated and feels safe, but the system also allows easy confirmation from residents to allow guest in. It is very peaceful, we’ve never heard much of anything from the apartments around us or outside. There is always close parking spots & fast responses from whatever issues or questions you have. The office staff is so sweet & very helpful. I highly recommend the guest house apartments !!

I have lived here for almost a year and it is one of the nicest places I’ve lived. The place is well-maintained and quiet. The neighbors are respectful. Property manager Rachel and maintenance man Terry are friendly and very helpful and are prompt with dealing with any issues you may have. The new upgrades are beautiful. We are first time apartment renters. This entire experience has been wonderful from the minute we started the rental process. We love it so much, that we did not even look at any other complexes when we needed to go from our 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. We have been renting from Guest House since August and we are in the process of beginning the paperwork to upgrade to a 2 bedroom now. I have spoken with Rachel, who works in the office, many many times. She walked me through the application process and has always been so helpful and quick when we had any questions. I believe we have only had one maintenance request and it was handled so fast. Every person that we have met that works in the complex has been so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a laid back, comfortable, and friendly place to live.

The Guest House has a great property/office manager, who is always willing to assist the residents. I have been living here for a year and have experienced their excellent services several times such as prompt appliances repairs. The office manager provides the residents with important information in a timely manner. Lived here a year so far! I love the environment always feel safe well lit and quiet most of the time. Management works quick to fix any issues and also a joy to work with. Pool and playground on site! Also washer/dryer included in one bedroom Apartments! Best apartments in Rome??

I tell people all the time how much I love where I live. Not only is it nice to look at, but as a business woman who travels quite a bit, it is located in what I would consider a prime location, right off 411. It is truly pleasant to live here. I love the gated entrance, and appreciate the care and consideration taken to keep my neighborhood looking nice and feeling safe. Management is really easy to work with. Brittney is a joy and greets everyone with a smile, but she runs a tight ship and always strives to ensure that everything runs smoothly and residents’ needs are met. The landscape is very well maintained and the property is always clean, and improvements are regularly made. Additionally, any time I have even the smallest issue in my apartment, Terry and his maintenance team are always exceptionally prompt at addressing my concerns. I looked for quite a while for a nice, clean, safe place to live and am so happy I found Guest House.
