Property Ratings at The Habitat Apartments
I lived in the Habitat apartments from 2018-2023, and it has by far been my best renting experience to date. Maintenance requests were always handled quickly and efficiently, and the grounds staff were incredibly friendly. They were my dogs' favorite people. I never experienced too much noise from surrounding units, and the property is in a relatively quiet area of Gunbarrel. It's nice for walking to nearby trails and parks, walking dogs, biking, or driving just a couple minutes in either direction to be in downtown Boulder or Longmont. Leasing office staff were friendly and always happy to help any time I contacted them with questions or concerns. The only amenity I would have loved having while I was here would have been in-unit laundry - some units have hookups, otherwise there are shared laundry rooms with coin and app-operated machines. But I never had much issue finding a machine that was open to use, and the laundry rooms were kept very clean and tidy. Overall, I can't speak highly enough of my experience. I only moved away to be located elsewhere for personal reasons, I'd still be happily living here otherwise.
