Saturated with canals and ponds, the neighborhood of Mariner in Cape Coral resembles a sort of Venice, Italy -- but with roomier homes for rent and spacious plots of land. I moved into The Hadley Cape Coral a little over a month ago and I’d do it 1000% over again! I am absolutely in heaven living here. I HIGHLY recommend living in this community to anyone that’s thinking about it. When I go to the pool and the clubhouse I feel like I’m living in a get-away vacation resort. Everything is so nice and clean. The community is extremely quiet and everyone I’ve met is very friendly. They even love your pets here too! My apartment is so nice and spacious. I honestly hate leaving anymore. I feel so safe and comfortable here. Now, all of that is great but I have to give a HUGE 5 STARS to the community staff here! They are all extremely awesome people! Erin, Chelsey, Bella and Alchie in the office are all so sweet and welcoming and always do their very best to accommodate all your needs and they handle it quickly. Chelsey has been my ROCKSTAR from the very beginning from when she first showed me my apartment. The maintenance team and Mr. Michel are also top notch. As soon as I have a maintenance issue they’re right on top of it so fast and they don’t stop until it’s fixed properly. To top it off they have food trucks that visit the community, fun events going on all the time…. I can’t say enough good things about it here. I’m already ready to renew my lease! I can easily give THE HADLEY and the wonderful staff my highest recommendation.

This is the first apartment complex I’ve lived at that has truly useful amenities. The pool is beautiful and the gym is massive. Love the little snack store just inside the clubhouse for an ice cream treat when hanging out at the pool. There are a lot of doggy cleanup stations and the grounds are kept so beautiful with tropical plants. The rent is proportionate to the nice community. I enjoy living here so far.

I enjoy the wonderful staff here at Hadley Apartments. Extremely helpful with any concerns that I have prior to moving in, during, and after. I enjoy the built in WiFi and smart home features. Although I didn’t attend the Lemonade Bar, I love that they hold events for the residents. I’m looking forward to the completion of the property to utilize the amenities.
