In addition, we have assigned parking spaces in our fenced parking lot. At The Halsted tenants are responsible for gas but we provide water. Property Ratings at Halsted Corporate Campus
I’ve been living here for three years and a half years and I’ve seen this building go through at least 5 supers. Management is SLOW SLOW SLOW with requests. They literally do things on their own time or not at all. For example I put in a request for new blinds, it’s been a month and nothing has been done. You have to follow up consistently, like they’re children or something. The elevator breaks every few months and makes a TERRIBLE rumbling noise you can hear through out the building. The gym? Forget about it, it’s been out of commission for months. Parking? LOL, random people will come and park in your spot WHILE there is blantant sign that says permit only. I’m quick to call to give a ticket or tow someone out my spot. Residents fail to tell their guests, visitors park in the back lot or on the road. This building isn’t luxury, don’t let them lie to you. I’m so glad my lease is up soon. Buyer beware, I hope this helped. ??
could be a lot better management is terribly lazy and slow with repairs
