Property Ratings at The Hampton
What a great place to live. Super friendly and attentive staff. Dogs love the park. Apartment is renovated and super cozy. Overall, highly recommend.
Proximity to FT Bragg is good. Rent Price was about right. Maintenance workers will go into your apartment with no permission to enter on "accident" happened twice. Did not abide by the maintenance request to have someone there, and the second time wrong address. My Picnic table was stolen from my porch when they were putting up fence around it. (thinking from the guys they hired) May question your authenticity of your military orders when breaking lease due to PCS. Orders look different now because of new IPPS-A system generating it. Having to get legal involved.... Thank you for your service but we don't trust you?! Cant make this up. Maintenance is fast, but they are only fast to fix things that are easy to fix. Water is literally flooding the storage room outside the apartment and they do nothing. My window doesn't open but no action has been done on it. TLDR. Professional office (until they are not), Maintenance is good for the easy stuff, and you get what you pay for here.

Good morning, I'm so sorry you had a difficult time at The Hampton. We certainly don't want any of our residents to face maintenance issues that don't get resolved. If you are ever living in one of our complexes again, please feel free to call our main office at 336-884-8853 with any problems and we will work with you and the properties staff to fix them. Our leasing staff does their best to be careful and thorough when it comes to breaking leases early and we will make sure that our people are made aware of any changes made to the way military orders look in the future so that this does not happen to other people like yourself. Thank you for your honesty and we will do our best to use your comments to make The Hampton an even better place to live.
move in time was smooth and fast but overall apartment great but one thing the wall are very thin need better wall foundation because you hear people going upstair and they walking across floor hard and even when they using the bathroom
overall the apartment is great for first fine buyer but these wall need something better cause you can hear everything people walking above you heavy and them using the bathroom
The walls and stairs are so thin and so old you hear everything from your neighbors even when some one is coming and going. They don't clean or fix anything before you move in its basically as is so beware.. Also seen the pizza man get car jacked right in front of my building there is no security

I have a one bedroom apartment and I live alone. It is just enough space for me and there is also a walk in closet. A walk in closet is definitely a must have since I have a lot of clothes and shoes. If I ever need anything fixed, all I have to do is let the office know and they'll send someone out to come fix it for me. It's a perfect location for me since it's right on the bus line and my job is also walking distance from my apartment. I can honestly say it's the ideal apartment for me and I really do enjoy living here!
