Property Ratings at The Hamptons
We have had numerous issues with the toilet leaking. The unit above us has a leaking toilet that is dripping through the bathroom vent. They will not respond to a work order so you have to call and report a maintenance emergency for them to do anything. Rent is going up by $100 for a property that is mediocre at best and disgusting in most places. The high square footage is not worth it, go with another similarly priced apartment in Lakewood/Denver to not live in filth.

Management has been extremely spotty was told I would receive a call back yesterday 12/7/2023 because they’re system was down 12/8/2023 still waiting for that call back system must have died and they’re installing a new one or something because 24 hours later no call back they won’t come fix stuff when they say they will and management is a bunch of toddlers who own apartments at least my toddler will take ownership for stuff he’s done they won’t even do that

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here. Unless, you like hundreds of hidden fees that they cannot explain, endless maintenance requests, a horribly “renovated” unit, and if your home floods good luck. There are new leasing agents in the office every week, and they have no clue what their doing. Nothing about THEIR community is ever their problem.

I love living at The Hamptons! I love that it is so close to so many things. Bear Creek Trial, the mountains, shopping and easy to connect to all the major highways. I especially love that I have a storage closet and laundry room in my apartment. Bonus the staff here is respectful, kind and above all they get things done.

We really enjoy living here. The outdoor spaces are very pretty. The apartments are light and airy. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they go the extra mile to assist you. Love being near the green spaces and trails. We feel safe and secure. I would definitely recommend.

During our initial rental agreement, we were told that our fire place/chimney and air filter would be cleaned twice a year. Our air filter has only been changed once by maintenance (this past year during the maintenance team change) and our chimney has not been touched. We are unable to use our chimney because when we light a fire, the smoke kicks back into the apartment and fills the living room. Other than that and not having access to the second pool last year, everything is satisfactory.

Our second pool on the property was closed this last summer due to chemical shortage as well as repairs being done. We just moved here a month ago and are pleased with our new home. The complex is quaint and spread over a pretty area of grass and trees. Office and maintenance staff seem short handed, but it seems theyre doing the best they can. We had a few damages in the apartment upon move-in and overall everything was fixed promptly and courteously.

Love living at the Hamptons! Quiet community in a great location-right off a Sister City Park that connects to Bear Creek Trail with nearby restaurants/shops. Friendly staff, well kept grounds, and any maintenance requests have been filled quickly. I also love all the natural light and real wood fireplaces. Happy camper here!

If you are looking for a fantastic place to live in Lakewood you must check out the Hamptons. The entire staff goes out of their way to make sure you are happy. The grounds are well maintained and the fitness center and pools are extremely clean! You will LOVE living at the Hamptons!

Ultimately, my experience at The Hamptons so far has been good. The management has listened to my concerns and acted accordingly. Everyone on the repair and maintenance team are incredibly friendly. The until itself is fairly nice. Currently the only downside is paying for parking.

I moved in to the hamptons in the middle of February 2021. The entire process from looking at apartments to the move in and now being here for a few months, the experience with the staff, maintenance and other personnel have been all positive in my opinion. The community is very nice and the people are very communicative.
