Though I only moved in recently, I am so pleased with this decision! I think people take human interaction for granted, but I know the importance of it. Sometimes, this factor alone is the difference between choosing one place over another. From the phone call (Robyn answered) to the first face-to-face interaction (Ellise), I knew this was where I wanted to start over. Recently divorced with 3 children, I was going through a ton of transitions and had a lot of emotions. The staff was so inviting and patient with my concerns, along with the beautiful model they showed me, that I felt very comfortable and sure of what I was doing. Throughout the process, if something changed, on my end or theirs, the lines of communication were open and very two-way. Additionally, once we were moved in and did the 7-day inspection, the work was completed expeditiously and with efficiency. In fact, after the 7-day period, I found a cracked window. Some places would have been quick to point out the contract and state that the period was over. That did not happen. They moved with the same sense of urgency as they did with everything else. I feel that my concerns are high on their list of priorities and I am looking forward to a great experience. Don't Need Perfect - Do Need the Hamptons!

I have been living here for 11 months and wanted to move as soon as I moved in, the noise is ridiculous with the family behind me, the parking is crazy because some tenants have 3 cars and only need one there has been two trucks parked taking up spaces that has not been driven since I lived here one guy said they are gas guzzlers so he doesn't drive there are cars that do not run in the spaces closest to your home so you have to pray to get a space when you get home from work. if I come home past dark I can't see because there is not lighting around my building and I mentioned that when I moved in. it is time for my lease renewal and my rent is going up 45.00 I am trying to move because I can pay the increase price for something better. I have no cabinet space just one cabinet for pots and pans so I have to pout the rest in the storage room. in the 11 months here I have had to call maintenance 10 times at least. I can't see staying especially if my rent is going to go up 45.00 a year
I have been residing at Hamptons of Brownstown for about two and a half years within that time the property has went down tremendously!! When it come to the lawn care and snow removal the property has seen better days. It seems that some of the new tenants moving do not have the best interest here. I live very close to the garbage container some of the tenant will just leave their garbage on outside instead of putting it in there container. You definitely hear your neighbors running around in their Townhomes some of things that come with when you live in a multi living environment. There is open parking here within the last five months the new tenants that do not live in my complex are parking here because it's more convenient for them. This caused tenants that live here to not have a parking space so they either park on the grass, around the block or down the Street if they do not get home before 7 p.m. this can be very unsafe if you're coming home in the dark!! I have experience my rent being raised almost 10% having conversation with other tennis that seems to be the norm even though you don't get nothing for that new increase very troubling!! I had conversation with a tenant that has residing here for over 10 years she has a hole in the ceiling and problems with her appliances which has not been properly taken care of. We used to get new letters every month informing us of any changes also keep us apprised of things going around the property in the last 5 month that has stopped. One major changes that went into effect was the increase to use the washer machine there was no notices sent out not even a posting in the laundry room very disappointed!!
Other than the sometimes loud neighbors, which you have at any apartment, especially with children, I love it here. People are friendly, lots of kids (if you have children of your own) to play with, staff is amazing, if I ever have an issue and need something fixed its done pretty fast. This is honestly one of the best complexs I've ever loved/been too. I see these bad reviews, mostly about people being loud..it's not that bad, and if someone is loud past 10 it's not an issue to ask them to quiet down, or call for someone else to do it for you! People just need to remember when children are involved they aren't going to sit with their mouth closed for hours on end. And the thing about bees, bees are every where people..if you have them around your unit you call the office and someone comes over to spray for them and they're gone! This place is awesome, and they always have move in specials, even without those rent is still decently priced!
The Community is very friendly and quiet, especially for my two young sons here. The landscaping is kept up almost every two days. Many areas to jog and walk within the complex. The only issue to many is the slow timing of assistance for our maintenance problems we have within the Townhouse. Other than that, it's been quite outstanding in keeping this Community nice and safe. Thank you.
I have lived here for two years. The maintenance staff are very professional and work fast to get the job done. They are quick to help you when they are needed. The community is kept clean with two laundry facilities, a play park for the kids, a fitness center as well as doggy bags throughout the community to pick up after your pets. The rent here is great for the amount of rooms and space that they offer. We are just minutes away from the freeway and shopping!!! You can't beat it.
During the winter they do not plow the snow. You ask the office staff to do it and they still don't. I had to shovel my way out of the parking lot. Kids are running up and down the stairs. There are a lot bees there. Only good about is that the outside is quiet.Do not waste your money moving here.
I have lived here for 2 years. In that 2 years.. the maintenance staff has beeen to my apartment more times that i can count between my fingers and toes!! Between pipe problems to the bath tub cracking to wasps and bees to my door leaking in water. Its been crazy!!! The prices go up after each lease term. I havent been able to move because they dont pro rate ur rent when u move out, you still have to pay that months rent even if you put your 30 day notice in. The noise level is ridic!!! The ppl behind me I swear, it literally sounds as if they are in my apartment I can hear them clear as day through the bathroom and through the living room walls. Not to mention the kids that run up and down the stairs to 3am!!!! You call the offfice they never answer and it takes a couple days for them to return your call. I have had to call them to have maintenance come back to my apartment to correct and finish the job that I called them for. The only nice thing about this place is you have your own private door to enter. Rather then most apartments you get buzzed in. Thats nice. Other than that, that's it. The park is filled with bee's in the summer and bad kids. Its suppose to be for younger kids not for teenagers to hang out at.
My family and I have lived here since September 2013 to current. We love it here. The atmosphere is great, the staff are very nice, and lastly they maintain the grounds with excellence. Response time for an emergency is less than 10 min. I am so happy we picked this place for our new home.
My family and I have been happy since we moved in. The office staff is very helpful and friendly! The maintenance is very good. Have not had any major problems. Overall a descent place to live for the affordable cost.
quiet, family surrounding.Pet friendly .Very reliable staff available 24/7. I recommend very highly. I've been two years. No problems.
Great place to walk! Awesome apartments! Great staff! Been here two years and no complaints.
