The Hangar apartments are a great complex. I have lived here for several years. It is quiet and I have great neighbors.
maitence is horrible at following up with request both my bath tubs leaked for months straight non stop and when i turned my master bath on the water was black … i had to go to the office to get the maitence people to fix my ac while it was 100° outside and i had a 3 month old baby office never answers the phone after greystar became management it went down hill it was 10 stars when we had the old management
The staff is friendly and tried to go out of their way to help out in getting the leasing process confirmed and closed with keys in hand to give the new resident to the community.
These apartments do NOT look like the pictures. The pictures are laughable. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone that is looking to lease here. There was always an infestation issue, like fleas in my carpet or roaches coming through the vents, or something breaking in the apartments. I was very clean and did not have a pet so I have no idea where they came from. If too many things were plugged into the wall my circuit would trip and everything would shut off. It NEVER got fixed. Horrible place to stay.

Thanks for reaching out. The Hangar is a renovated property that is still undergoing changes. The unit's price depends on whether or not it is a renovated unit. Your leasing agent should have explained which unit you were signing for and whether or not it was renovated. We are working on renovating all units, but please understand that renovation may take longer due to the fact the property is occupied with tenants. So far no problems friendly service nice atmosphere my girls love it they have friends here which is a plus being a simgle parents all ii can say is keep doing what your doing I will be patience with you as I know you will be with me and my family
I love my 1 bedroom, the area is so convenient to EVERYTHING..They answer my calls and always friendly and helpful. I had a chance to move and they were making it easy for me to do so, but I love this place so much, I decided not to??

Complex is going through renovations. They are doing a good job with maintenance requests. Still don't answer the phone when call but they do return the messages. Still looks a little rough on outside from construction but it's getting there.
Are not kept up. Run down. Neighbors don't care about where they live.
This is not the place you find that special place you want to call home because it definitely isn't here. Terrible maintenance
