Due to covid obviously had some hindering problems however when i got in contact with them customer service was A+. Always was greeted at the door by Delly whom I met at the start and always pleasant to interact with. I also met Joe who went all out with helping me with the moving process.
Innovo at Atlantic is in a great location its connected to a park, close to restaurants and grocery stores. However, interaction with the office staff is an unenjoyable experience. The customer service is horrible they treat the tenants like we live in public housing. The location is luxury the apartments are a nice size with outside storage and the rennovations are nice. The whole place is under construction and I must say the construction workers are very pleasant. Word of advice avoid as much interaction as you can with the office staff and you will have an enjoyable experience.
Living here has been a blessing to my family and I. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. My children love the pool areas and the schools in this area are great!! I have no complaints. Thank you Innovo staff and property management!!
constant construction. Loud . Inconsiderate. Add things on to your rent like garbage disposals ... $25 so they can come 10:30 at night to take your trash is a joke. the list goes on and on but if you get fooled by whatever they are selling that’s on you. They can keep their free whatever they’re giving you or their new gym that took years to finally be done. Good luck

Yes, there has been construction going on at the community as we are creating the Resort Style Luxury Living Experience and Apartment Homes our residents are desiring. As you have mentioned we have constructed an innovative Activity Center that is inclusive of a rock climbing wall, in door boxing ring, a business café equipped with Apple computers, a pilates and yoga room, the latest cardio and strength building fitness equipment available and agility lap pool and these are only features of the resident activity center. In addition to the Activity Center we have completely modernized our Luxury Apartment Homes through brand new construction renovations that offer our residents new wood plank flooring, new exquisite gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops and new bathrooms. We are very considerate to all our residents and understand the diverse life schedules of the community. We do not want our residents like yourself to be inconvenienced and we will make diligent efforts within reason to work around as many of the life schedules that we can, but we rely on our residents to let us know within the leasing office that an issue exist. Our valet trash service is in place to add convenience to our residents as well as maintain the beatification of the community. The valet service trash collection times may vary as we have 310 doorsteps that must addressed on trash collection evenings, be assured the collection will be completed prior to the a.m. hours as promised. If you have any other community services or features, you would like to discuss again we invite all of our residents to reach out to the Innovo Living Leasing team directly so we can address any questions or concerns. Don’t let the “new clubhouse” fool you and all their amenities. This place is HORRIBLE. I feel bad for the good people that work for this place because the bad ones outweigh them by a ton. There is a literal crack head as my neighbor who has to start their car with a breathalyzer who has hit multiple cars and have driven though the parking lot where kids play without a tire. No exaggeration. They were driving on the rim with no rubber. Seriously keep looking and if you don’t find anywhere. Under a bridge would be better than here.

I have been living here for 2 years and I can’t wait to finally leave. They renovate apartments at 8am!!! Ummm people live here can you pick a descent hour of the day ??? Neighbors are so weird. Hot tub doesn’t work for 2 years. Too busy making noise and building everywhere so they can make your rent higher. Disgusting place. Roaches because they are always doing construction outside so I’m sure that has to do with them coming in our homes. I’m clean!! Never in my life lived in a loud and inconsiderate place before. Kids hang out on scooters and bikes in the parking lot you know, no big deal if they hit your car the office doesn’t care. my neighbors have also complained about this issue to me and that it’s so loud in the morning and night here. DONT DO IT !! This place sucks .

This place is not worth it. Rent is stupidly high and it is not enjoyable to live here. Keep looking
Where to start this property management team is the WORST I have ever dealt with. Mainly the pompous owner who apparently doesnt talk to tennants even when they have issues. The property manager is also absolutely horrible due to her never returning call. The apartment are cheaply renovated, the property management team is incompetent and you are charged seperately for everything including valet trash. Which is not optional even if there is a garbage bin 50 feet away. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else they have better apartments, and competent management at a better cost in coral springs.

This place is a construction site. The noise from the construction work is loud.The mildew and dust is plenty. Pest control is needed at all times. The maintenance requests are ignored and no quick response. The maintenance people stand around smoking at all times. The vents are old with dust and mildew. Lizards also enter the apartments. The apartments are broken into. Vehicle break ins. The neighbor noise is loud. The places are not restored , the inside is full of dust still and cracks left for pest to enter. Fake renovation the place is still in poor condition. They never work on the real issues of the place. The management also ignores requests.
We were residents in this community for 4 years. Raising two small children, the access to the soccer fields and park just at the backend of the community was great and convenient when entertaining two toddlers! We never had any issues or concerns with safety in the four years we were residents. Anytime we ever had a maintenance issue - it was corrected efficiently and in a timely manner. The community has always been quiet and is close to highway access with retail, grocery, gas, A-rated schools, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Office staff - particularly Maria (who has been there since the beginning of our first lease - 4 years ago) and a newer staff member in the office - Donna - are professional and friendly. The community has been updated beautifully with a fresh new appearance inside and out, along with a number of exciting additions to come. We had a few maintenance issues along the way and by far this new staff- especially Teddy - have been spot-on when it comes to being professional, courteous, and timely. Upon our recent move out of this community, we were skeptical as to whether we would indeed receive our deposit back. After hearing from former residents and seeing many reviews from upset tenants - we weren't sure whether we would see any of our deposit. Upon our departure, we left the apartment exactly as it was when we moved in and we said goodbye to the place we called home for four years. I am not going to say that there was never a time that I was a little frustrated with something. That would be a lie, but what I can say is that you can't please everyone all of the time. Guess what? I have been living in this community for 7 years and I can say it changed for the best Jessica is one of the best managers they have ever worked there I really enjoy the resident party since the new company has taken over I have noticed they only hire great people that take their job seriously keep up the great work as long as I can I will be living on Atlantic
The apartment model looks very nice but when you rent here has that you make a mistake because all your furniture are beginning to have mold, if you come to rent here it is obvious that the place seems quiet because 80 percent of the apartments are empty, and as they will not be so if the Manager of this property is a pawn broker, she don't know how make you excuses to take forever to be collecting money. If you want to avoid headaches do not rent here.
We have been living here at Innovo for 2 and a half years. During our stay here, we have noticed that our maintenance staff is great at what they do! Our maintenance man, "Teddy" is a very dedicated employee here at Innovo. He responds quickly and makes you feel like you're the only home that's important. We can tell he is passionate about what he does. He enjoys helping all residents in the complex and does it with great effort. when there is an issue with anything in the home that needs fixing, he is very knowledgeable and educates us as to why something is happening and how to avoid further problems that may rise up with AC, electrical, plumbing, or household appliances. This is a great place to live!
They do not mention it to you but if you have a pet, they will not only charge you with the standard pet fee, but also will make you pay for a DNA test for your dog or cat. Also, when you move they agree to something and with the time they will argue that the owner made changes to the agreement and make you pay for more things. For example this year they not only increase my rent by 100 dollars but also decide that I will have to pay water and sewer on the side. Almost 200 more!!!
There have been vehicle break-ins the last couple of months. We personally lost over 2 thousand dollars worth of property from 2 vehicles. After speaking with management they still have not warned existing tenants about the crimes. There are NO security cameras on the property. There's even a police officer that had his personal vehicle broken into. I asked the management to send a letter to tenants so collectively we could watch out for each other, nothing as of yet. There are cut fences on the adjacent property that allows for people to come and go, I brought that to managements attention as well and they must of had one of their maintenance workers "repair" the openings. Literally pieced it together using some wire, already has been reopened. My interpretation of managements lack of action leads me to believe they do not care for the property or safety of their tenants. I am outraged at their lack of concern, and to think I moved into Coral Springs because I thought it would be safer. Finally, their response......."that could happen anywhere". I will be placing this "review" on other websites as well, not sure this will be here at all. All can be verified!
what a terrible experience. The apartments are cheap, you can ALWAYS hear your neighbors, the staff stands in front of the leasing office smoking, the grounds are poorly kept, the pool in the back of the neighborhood is always visited by non-renters and is filthy, staff is rude (especially Maureen). RENT IS CHEAP AND SO ARE THESE APARTMENTS. RUN FROM THIS NEIGHBORHOOD!!!!!
These are really really nice and clean apartments and have a very clean pool. You can tell the staff are constantly on their feet and making sure everyone is happy.
Love the spacious living room. Enjoy the two pools on the property. Close to lots of shops and food. Apartment is close to a local park which is convenient.
I like the location. Everything you need to do is right in the area. The community is very safe and quiet. Maintenance is always dependable. All the facilities are available in the apartment.
I didn't start apartment hunting until I found out the school I would be working in so it was a weekend of looking at as many apartments as I could find. After googling distance and price, all the variable I cam across this apartment. It is really close to my job and has a washer and dryer in the apartment. That was a big plus for me. I have been sharing for a few years and was ready for my own. The pools are nice, the office staff is really helpful and nice. I've only been here 2 weeks but I really like it here.
