Disappointed. Smoking is allowed so if you care about your health do not rent here. Windows are single paned and walls paper thin. Rent is base but they tack on your insurance, internet, trash, etc. Boisterous neighbors. Pool is closed more often than none. Most of the grounds are not landscaped.

Very unhappy after living here for years. New management isn’t proactive, you can express issues but nothing is done about it. They tell you they’ll do something and never do. The new maintenance team is a joke. They half-do everything. Breed restrictions?…There are pit bulls everywhere here. If you have a pit, no worries, you can move in. They don’t care. Junky residents that are loud and disrespectful. The only “good” is the money they’re getting from insane rent increases is going to improve the appearance of the property.

I have been living here since 2021. I love it here. My apartment is the right size. What I love is sitting on my porch early in the morning and in the evening. I can hear the ducks. Its so relaxing. It is quiet here which I love at my age. I am safe here and that is important. Another thing I love is, I hate going to the laundry mat! I have a washer and dryer in my apartment! There are 2 pools and a exercise room on premises. I take walks around the complex with no worries. The office staff are always willing to answer whatever questions I have. If something breaks, I can call the office and they will send maintenance out to fix it. What more can I ask! I can't say enough of this place. There are 2 schools in walking distance. Shopping isn't far to get to. I am very happy to call The Harbours my home!

This apartment complex is wonderful. Lived here for over a year and never had any major issues and the maintenance staff is always so helpful and efficient. Everyone in the office is so nice. Very safe and quiet complex great for families and there’s 2 beautiful pools!

My wife, our son, and I have been living here since March 2021 and have not regretted choosing this apartment complex since. The office staff is great and always very knowledgeable on any questions I had before moving in. Since moving in I’ve needed the maintenance assistance a few times and every time I put a work order in, it was attended to very fast. I wasn’t happy with the washing machine not functioning well and they immediately replaced it. One day we noticed the ac was barely working and they came right away and fixed the issue (pipes froze). I’ve considered changing into a bigger apartment and the office helped me out and discussed options and game plans and made me feel comfortable with whatever I decided to do. I’ve stayed in several complexes and this apartment takes the cake. They address concerns immediately. My neighbors are great and it seems like everyone in this complex keeps to themselves. We have a lot of families here and we feel safe walking around the complex and not having any issues. I would seriously recommend to anyone looking to move here to do it.

I've lived here for 5 years, some years were struggles because of previous management. If money wasn't an issue, I would have left. The newest management though is terrific. They listen and are proactive. Most of the maintenance team is great. They're fast to respond to issues. The apartment is quite outdated but liveable. After all of the management staff I've lived with here, I'm hoping this staff is here to stay!

I have lived here for a little over a month and so far I enjoy living here. The staff has always been quick to answer any questions I have had, I have worked with Jaimie throughout my experience and she has been amazing! The only thing I don't enjoy is the valet trash, only because some residents don't read the rules and put trash out too late, or have holes in the bag so they won't pick up the trash and the racoons get into it. Other than that, it has been really amazing. And I love the way the apartment community is so involved with the residents.

I love that this place has access to river and kayak parking
Have had no issues, if I ever needed help with anything /something broke in the apartment it would be fixed within 24-72 hrs (depending on situation lol) overall great experience plus great if you have a kayak since theres a rack
I've had nothing but a positive experience here. The maintenance staff is prompt and efficient, and the office staff is responsive and friendly. The community is has lots of things to do.

I wish zero stars was an option. Current resident and I wish I wasn't. Every morning when I exit my apartment I'm greeted by a dump pile....not a dumpster, but a pile of garbage that people have dumped in the parking lot. Management says that they are gong to clean it up, but in the 5 months I've lived here, they've brought in a dumpster 2 times. The pile is never completely gone...and it always grows. Repeated requests to management for updates on what their plan is, but calls go unreturned.
Out of every apartment I have ever lived at this one literally has the WORST staff/ethics all around. Upon moving in (from out of state) I paid and had my move in date set. 2 DAYS before moving in they email me saying my move in date is being push back (ended up being 5 more days). After I had already left my home state and was almost to Florida. Had to extend how long I had the uhaul with all my stuff and also stay in a Hotel. Throughout my year of being here the ac has broken 5 times. The last time it was 85 out and it took a week for them to fix it. they dodge all emails and the two work requests I put in. Now for the best part. My lease is almost over and they sent the paper to renew and the new renewal price $300 more than the last price and that isn't including the $90 the make you pay for all the other random tacked on things (not including water) So I go online and two days after I give my notice my apartment is listed $200 cheaper than what i'm paying now and $500 less than the "renewal amount" went up to talk to them about it and they gave 0 F's about the obvious raise and even less of wanting their leasers to stay. For them the "market price" and "renewal price" are two different things. So if you lived here prior they don't mind ripping you off even moreso than they do! Should have listened to all the other reviewers.

This complex has mold in almost all the units. I am a resident now fighting with the management and maintenance daily about getting someone to come out to my apartment to fix my leaking AC unit. It took 5 weeks for them to get back to me after I put in the work order. after they finally came out, they came up with a plan, then didn't follow through and my AC is still leaking. The maintenance manager snuck into our apartment while we were trick or treating on Halloween this year to paint over all the water damage we have along the baseboards and inside our AC closet. They are sneaking here and they lie. DO NOT even consider looking at these apartments.
Don't waste your money at this terrible place. We have had nothing but problems since we moved in. Dryer is always turning off when you try and use it even though they "fixed" it. Put a work order in and gave them a few weeks to complete it. After it not getting done, I called the office and left a message and said for someone to call me back, but nobody did. I went to the office where the guy said he gets hundred of calls a day and can't check them all. Told him i needed my work order done and he said he would tell maintenance. He never did. Went back in a week later and talked to assistant manager, she never got it done. Went back in again and finally got them to do it after wanting their corporate office number. Rude people work at the facility. Walls and floors paper thin, you can here everything thru them.
If you would like to AVOID giving yourself a truckload of unnecessary stress this is NOT the place for you. From the very start of my experience there it was ridiculous. The office staff keeps changing and the entire staff including maintenance is under so much stress to perform without the proper budget that they are not responsive or friendly to highly legitimate and polite requests. One such example is the request for the pool to be open. It has been closed for about a year. I highly suggest living beachside or simply: anywhere else.
I've been a resident of The Harbours for roughly 6 months. The apartment is very outdated, stove looks like it's from the earlier 80's, flooring is peeling in the kitchen, I don't think the carpet has ever been replaced. Since I've been here the parking lot lights have been slowly going out. Very dangerous conditions at night or early morning too walk. Residents speed through here like crazy ppl. Visit at night before you rent, my mistake for not doing that myself. Staff is kinda ok, they are very cavalier responding to request. The breezeways are gross they need to be routinely pressure washed,oh and the trash bins attract lovely huge raccoons. I have to put something heavy on top of the bin so the raccoons can't open the bin. Honestly don't rent here if you have high expectations.
The apartment itself it quite nice, adequate, not too big or too small but we overlook a parking lot. There are thankfully nice trees on the periphery but the buildings could have been reversed to see the wooded area in the back.
Love the attention of the office staff. Beautifully kept grounds, river views, and quiet surroundings. Great place to call home!
