Property Ratings at The Harlow
The management here is very understanding and kind. During the pandemic I've seen them put out a table of goodies for kids and teens to take with snacks and lunch items and before the lockdown they hosted community events including a fun Halloween party with crafts,games and food. The maintenance staff is very friendly and fast and both maintenance and management has always greeted me with a smile. The rent is a little high compared to its sister property which actually includes services in their rental price but like I said the management is wonderful and I've enjoyed living here

After reading the reviews posted here I felt it important to point out what I have learned from living here for the past year and a half. I cant say enough good things about the maintenance staff. They usually respond within one day sometimes the same day as you put in a request. The management team does there best to ensure that each tenant has access to the security team that patrols these premises and you can call with any concerns they respond promptly. The upkeep is excellent and the staff is friendly and professional. They are a little high in price but you get what you pay for - excellent service. #74 is a fan

Do not move there.. it will be the most stressful experience of your life.. horrible tenants very low class leave trash everywhere kids running around unsupervised everyone is loud plays music all night.. smokes weed everything smells like weed it’s disgusting management is no help
The Manager is rude, doesn't care. Also their sprinkler system messes your car paint up. It takes several weeks even months for a simple work order request. Their late fees are too high as well $50. Teenagers run rapid during the evenings and weekends especially during the summer.

Don’t move in. It’s filthy. The prices just went up and they are charging to throw away trash!! Trash really. During nights the cockroaches are everywhere they get in the house and they do nothing about it. Don’t spray or nothing it’s terrible

I have lived here for 25 years with no problems. I was told that management was going to do some upgrades to my apartment. I did not hear anything further, so I emailed management with some questions about the updates. I did not receive a reply. Sometime later I left another email requestion information about the upgrades. NO REPLY. This is the worst customer service I have ever received after living here for so long. We have new owners by the way. So far not at all happy. How do you completely ignore a tenants emails?

The apartments were recently purchased by a new company. I've lived here for several years and the Con Am owners/ property managers were extremely professional and helpful. If you had a problem with the apartment no problem it was taken care of, any questions or concerns would be addressed professionally. I have had 3 interactions with the new office staff and maintenance since they have purchased and I was treated poorly, the woman were condescending and short with me, quick to point out what they will no longer do as they are taking over, for example they no longer will accept packages left by the post office, when I called about a damaged lock on my mailbox I was told it's not their concern, I asked if they knew what location post office I should call I was told "I don't know, why would I know?" I feel like rather than dealing with professional people I'm dealing with arrogance and time suckers, they would rather be outside smoking cigarettes and talking on their phones (the managers favorite past time) than helping the tenants. This apartment complex has definitely taken a huge step back! Time to take the leap at the end of my lease and buy a home rather than rent. Having a nice apartment is one thing, dealing with worthless management is not worth the headache. I'm giving it two stars because I like the complex and my apartment.

I've been in these apartments since 2010. Although they aren't in the best of area, I have not had any issues here. They are quiet and cheap for having a washer & dryer inside. The only recommendation I have is to keep up the garbage area a bit better. The convenience of being in between arden & roseville with easy access to the freeway is the silver lining.
