I've lived here for almost 4 years and wouldnt really go anywhere else in Secaucus. It is safe, quiet, amazingly located and gorgeous here. Additionally, the building staff is polite and do everything to make living here amazing

Everyone is so helpful and a has made my move a pleasure. Everything went perfectly. I am beyond excited to start this new chapter at such an amazing place.
I completely loved living at the Harper at Harmon Meadow since August 20-8. I originally lived in unit 1526 overlooking the beautiful pool area, but I always had my eyes set on moving into the second floor facing the Expo Center and NYC. I loved both apartments because the entire essence of the Harper is very uplifting. I was immediately appreciative of just how well kept the grounds were maintained, as well as the immaculate overall aesthetic of the community; spotless and upscale. I’d walk the nature trail on our grounds, chat with neighbors in the lobby and practice my cooking skills in the awesome updated kitchen in both units. My hope is to live in my condo the mandatory 2 years before I can act as the landlord and get back into the Haper The Harper gave me my loved 2nd floor unit facing Plaza Drive clean, and I respectfully gave it back even more prestine. Wonderful staff, outstanding maintenance crew, - I give them all my highest rating possible.

The complex is clean and the staff is great. The maintenance team is very friendly and if there is an issue, they resolve it quickly.. They keep the building safe and do preventative maintenance care.. The amenities are good as well.. and It’s pretty quiet you don’t hear much noise when you’re inside the apartment.. The neighbors are also very friendly. Everyone kind of just keeps themselves as well…

The Harper is a great place. Love my neighbors and the animals. There has been certain individuals not do their part or have not nice disposition's, but not all. Once they are told correctly then many of them do what is right. Some had to leave due to not following the right way of acting etc. The staff helps the best they can and maintenance is excellent.

Nice location and good staffs! I am living in a 1 bedroom apartment and facing New York view. I really like the view outside. The location is definitely a plus, there are Walmart, Sam’s club and chain restaurants in the meadowland area.

Its been amazing living here since last 6 years. All amenities and facilities are clean. They should have mire guest parking spots and flexoble policy for parking. Really difficult when you have over 5 guests coming over.

I love living at the Harper. My neighbors are kind and everyone lends a helping hand as much as they can. Costs have gone up and I hope that can get adjusted. We have had some neighbors not follow guidelines regarding not smoking due to marijuana. I understand many may need it for medical purposes, but it is a non-smoking facility with smoking areas tenants can smoke from. It does affect others health especially second hand and those who don't smoke. Any questions you have you can contract the office and get it taken cared of. They are kind and compassionate. The staff is such a pleasure as is maintenance.

Perfect location. Close to shopping, restaurants, major highways and NYC. Beautiful sunsets. Enjoy the pool during the summer months. Also have many views of the fireworks for the 4th of July.

We love our experience with the Harper overall. The soundproofing is great and the apartments are new and beautiful. The maintainers crew is very helpful. But the building is tilting. The amenity price is steep for the amenities we receive. The renewal offers increase price substantially high without management’s willingness to be flexible or negotiate, making living for people who lived here for longest time unaffordable.

It’s a quiet community. They have a lot stores close to the apartment. They have the amusement parks and the pool so that your children can have fun.

Harper Apartments is a one-stop shop for everything you want and more. The surrounding area is a commercial complex with amazing new restaurants, Carnegie Diner and Shake Shack to name a few. Manhattan is as close as it gets via Secaucus Junction and American Dream is a five minute drive away. The amenities and interiors are high quality, and everything taken together is a top-notch package!

The longer we are here the longer it feels like home. I have met some good people. I appreciate the bus stop is right there! I always go to Sam's and Walmart which is a plus!

Almost a year and I have enjoyed living here, staff is very friendly and as a homemaker it makes me feel safe and living in a cozy place. Also everything is always clean and the outside space and neighborhood is great

The rugs in the building are dirty. It seems dog pee. Including elevators. They respond fast to service calls. The management team some of them are very nice. There is not enough visitors parking.
