Middle Tennessee has some exciting cities, such as Franklin, TN. Just south of Nashville, Franklin is a charming city with a historic past. The Carnton home is a popular house museum and battle site of the mid-19th century.
In Franklin, you’ll find many conveniences in the downtown area. Main Street near Pinkerton Park is lined with hip restaurants and bars. There are great antique stores and boutiques in this highly walkable area.

The Harper is fantastic my only beef is with the parking situation. If you get home late you are lucky to find a spot. It seems like there are more guests than expected.

Modern and spacious apartments with lots of fast food options at walking distance. About 10 minutes from the main square in downtown Franklin.

I’ve been here over a year. It’s a pretty quiet community. Amenities are 4/5. The Legacy has a bowling alley and I believe a movie theater and an area for live entertainment. I’d love a hot tub. Staff is fantastic and helpful.

I really enjoy the amenities and the location. These were the best amenities I found in the surrounding competition of communities when I was focusing my search in Franklin. It’s been great with sound and not being able to hear too much of my neighbors too. The maintenance team (Trent and Mitchell) is so kind and diligent with any orders put in. The property manager Monica is on it! She cares about your concerns and the team has been putting on community events that even include your pets! I definitely recommend The Harper. I’ve renewed my lease since being here too if my review alone isn’t enough. Come check it out for yourself!

We love living at The Harper ! The elevators helped move in go very smoothly. The gym is cleaned everyday and they always have the fridge stocked with hydration drinks and towels for personal use !

Broad strokes are covered well, however, details important to residents are not appropriately managed: Fitness Center may or may not have fresh hand towels, sanitation supplies or water available. Some days yes, most weeks no. Club Room may or may not have obvious television controls and the coffee machine often shuts down during the weekends due to inconsistent management. Also, it has become usual that the coffee machine doesn’t work many mornings as it is out of coffee. Fitness Center and Club Room amenities are part of the resident’s value calculation for living here. Management is failing in those two areas.

I have loved living at the Harper! The community is great and the response from the Harper team is always fast and effective! I do wish there was more parking, as I have had to start parking in the retail parking spots across the street when I get home late! Other than that, I haven’t run into any issues!

Super nice apartment complex. Walls are a bit thin, but that's to be expected living in close quarters with other people. Pool is nice, wish it had a hot tub, but that's also pretty uncommon around this area. Gym is standard apartment style, could stand some upgrades to equipment, but it does its job. Parking under the awning is only if you pay, garages are a bit pricey, but there's usually enough spots close to your building. Staff is super friendly and eager to be helpful :)

Love the convenience of living here. It is close to the interstate, work, dining, and shopping. Most of our neighbors are friendly and we love getting to know them and their pets! Biggest complaints are noise from the street and this apartment uses a trash service. Trash service is great if everyone abides by the rules and does not leave their trash out after pickup has already happened. The smell of trash in the building can be a constant.

I’ve lived at the Harper for 2 years now and love it! It’s super pet friendly and has great amenities. The pool and gym are kept very clean. Maintenance responds to requests the same day or next day. Management puts on frequent resident events each month to help create a really great community amongst residents! My favorite thing about the Harper is that they pick a “pet of the month” and shower them with attention and a prize basket!

I love the harper! the community is friendly, quiet and clean! all of the amenities are a bonus as well. i feel very safe in this area! i would definitely recommend checking it out.

There are a lot of little details that need attention for a “luxury “ community. Outside the elevators the walls are all scratched and scuffed, hall carpets show visible stains from pet urine, fridge in the clubhouse is empty and filthy, there aren’t any paper towels at the clubhouse sink.

Beautiful and convenient apartment living in my 70’s.Itis a big step in my life, moving to Tennessee at this age, but it is one of the best decisions I have taken. The Harper is in a very convenient location, surrounded by nice Restaurants and shops. Great Customer service here.
